Awful experience. Front desk lady was nice upon check in, but when we got up to our room, we found our bathroom and various other parts of our room were not clean. Both sides of the shower curtain were filled with thick black hair and hair covered the sides of the tub. There were also hairs in our bed. When we went down to ask if the bathroom could be cleaned, the window for reception was closed and the woman was angrily walking around as other guests reported issues with their rooms (hotel policy says guests have to report issues within 24hrs or they can be fined, so no reason for her to be angry). The next morning at 10am, we went downstairs and requested to have our bathroom cleaned due to the unsanitary conditions. The new woman at the desk promptly told us that they don’t clean unless someone is staying for over 2 weeks and because we were only staying for 2 nights, they would not clean it. I was appalled to say the least as they clearly had not cleaned between guests. We requested to have the shower curtain changed at the very least which she said she would have done. My partner came back to the hotel room at 2pm and nothing had been done. When we both arrived back at 12:30am, it still had not been taken care of. We were forced to buy Clorox wipes to wipe out the tub and removed the curtain so that we could shower comfortably. When your policy says you provide a CLEAN and comfortable stay, perhaps you should ensure it is clean when your guests arrive. The following morning, we left the room at 10:48 for our 11am checkout. I noticed the sign that stated guests must take out trash and attempted to re-enter the room to take it out (only items were the used Clorox wipes and the hair I had taken off of the shower/bed). Neither of our key cards worked suddenly and they had not been placed around electronics or credit cards. We went to the front desk to ask, but the window for reception was closed yet again. This was strange due to the strict 11am checkout policy for all guests. Neither of us had time to call and discuss trying to have someone open the door for us to take out the trash (which wouldn’t have been an issue if they had simply cleaned in the first place), so we left fearing a $50 fine. Other guests also seemed troubled by the hotel, citing concerns of odors and unclean facilities. Please take your money elsewhere as this hotel clearly does not care about their promises to their customers and does not practice sanitation regularly. Note: The photos attached were taken after I had removed a significant amount of hair from both the inside and outside of the curtain.

Very nice rooms. I just wish that they were a bit bigger. The staff was courteous and professional. Although I will say this. My check out time wasn't until 11am. I left the property and I had items remaining in the room. Apparently I received a call from a woman at the desk that I didn't answer. I was busy. When I got back at 1035 or so, my room was being cleaned and my items were in the trash. Thankfully they had enough sense not to put my dry cleaned clothes in the trash that were hanging up. There is no reason to have anyone in my room cleaning before I've had time to check out by 11am. I was extremely heated. It doesn't matter if you called me or not. You don't touch my things until after check out time. Totally unacceptable. Had I given this review when it happened it would have been 0 stars.

They best kept location I've been to. Jt got me checked in with no problem handled all the co-workers I sent here. He was very informative as to what and where the stores gas stations and food options in the area. I couldn't be more satisfied with service and location. Wow I'm blown away, looking forward to coming here after work each day. Two thumbs 👍 up. So if your ever in the area stop by and spend the night.

Customer Service: The manager, Erin, is the worst. She has a very nasty demeanor. I wrote a note to the GM and called the toll free number and never received a call or email. Clearly, they do not care about customer satisfaction. At sixteen hundred dollars a month you'd expect people to appreciate your business. If it were my choice I would pack up and go someplace else. I come to visit my husband every two weeks and well, you know how men can be. He never has to deal with her because she's off work by the time he gets in.

Hotel Room: You are responsible for cleaning your own room. Even before they implemented more stringent Covid protocols, they were only changing your towels and bedding every other week. They did not clean your room at all. They did not sweep or mop. You have to ask for an iron and ironing board and a broom and dust pan. You are paying to sleep here basically. Another user posted about the roaches. That is in fact true. I killed several of them while there. I am a neat freak but no matter how clean you are, if your neighbors are filthy there's bound to be some intruders. Definitely kept all my belongings in the suitcase and shook everything out the day I left.

Yes, this place is extremely noisy. You can hear everything. Upstairs neighbors bumped all night long. You can hear couples doing what they do and the doors slam by default.

My advice,...
