It saddens me to say don't even bother going in here, I was at the farmers market ready to make a hefty purchase. I was waiting patiently for the women behind the counter to finish with someone else, I was the only other person there, another person walks in and without even looking at me she starts to help someone else after I had been waiting to be helped. It's a shame because I was buying sweets for staff and family. I just walked out, I didn't realize anyone was doing so well they could just let a sale walk out the door. Let me tell you a quick story: I am from the Des Moines area, but I’ve lived in North Carolina now for multiple years. In town visiting my folks for the first time in quite some time and thought I’d get some chocolate to cherish. Now I have helped run companies since I started high school. I now work with businesses every day in my field of work. Meeting the owner of this place was absolutely incredible. She was incredibly inviting and helping with my unfortunate egg allergy.
