KFC — Restaurant in West Fargo

First clue to go somewhere else should have been when I was asked to come inside because “the drive thru till was down”. Go inside and precede to order in which I was told they are out of chicken legs in the original formula and asked if I wanted crispy instead. I said no. So as I stand at the counter thinking.. the cashier says well let me go ask if there is anymore or if “he” can drop more. Cashier comes back and says “he says he can drop more but it’s going to be about a 25-30 minute wait.” I said I’ll wait. As I wait there are two small children just playing and running around and screaming. One kid gets up to go to the restroom and the other one looks for him by screaming his name asking where he is. Find out he’s in the bathroom. Goes to the back of the restaurant (I’m assuming their mom is the manager). Other kid comes out of the bathroom and yells to his mom that he wants Mac and cheese and fries. The kids precede to sit at one of the booths playing on their phone and tablet loud and yelling at each other over the sounds of the phones and tablets. This experience was very annoying and so disturbing that the kids were able to walk back and forth behind the counter where food is being cooked and served without anyone asking them not to be there. I will not visit this location again. Sad that this area only has one KFC to visit. I can’t wait to get back to Georgia where we have multiple locations and its run better and...

It's been a long time since I've been so disgusted and grossed out by a restaurant! To say that it was dirty is putting it nicely, there was food all over the floor and almost every table was dirty and the garbage was overflowing, then before leaving we used the restroom and again just gross! Toilet paper pieces all over the floor.

When we got to the restaurant we waited for over 5 minutes for someone to help us. Then he refused to allow us to order the buffet because it was 545 and he said it closed at 6. (Later while we were eating they let two other families, a single guy and some college kids have the buffet) When we went to sit down, all of the bigger tables and most of the smaller ones were dirty. So I went and asked for a wash cloth and he told me that they didn't have those. I was like really? Well I need something to clean the table off. He went and got me a washcloth and when he gave it to me he said 'sorry, we are too busy'....keep in mind there were only 6 other people in the restaurant when we got there and by the time we were done ordering, 3 of them had left.

When we finally got our food, 3 of our 4 meals were made incorrectly....really now hard is it to put three pieces of chicken in a box.

So I have been seeing a lot of advertising about KFC's new plant based chicken sandwich so I thought I would go get one and try it. I couldn't see it on the menu so I drove up to the window. The guy told me that they do not have the plant based chicken sandwich but they do have plant based chicken nuggets. I said okay I'll try those. Then he told me that even though they are plant based they are fried in the same grease as the chicken . So I could not get anything. Why is KFC advertising this plant based food for vegetarians when they don't really have it and what they do have if fried in chicken grease? It is false advertising and I am upset about it! I sent then a complaint and all I got back was a form letter that I could not even reply to telling me that they are sorry. Not even a hope that they will get the plant based food they claim in their advertising to already have or to stop contaminating the plant based nuggets with chicken grease. Which defeats the entire point of having vegetarian food. I feel like KFC just doesn't care about vegetarian's or helping the planet they just want to pretend to so they will look good to...
