I placed a mobile order and waited 25 minutes because it was a bigger order. I walked into the store and only found that my latte was made. Two very immature teenagers said oh you ordered food too as they were talking to each other about how much money they had in their bank accounts. While still laughing they pulled the food and put it on the counter. Wait for it!! They counted their tip money did not wash their hands or put new gloves on, and proceeded to make my food. After 15 minutes while they still were laughing and talking I received burnt food and some of it was missing. So maybe the owner might get his employees hooked on phonics because they clearly can’t read and think everything is a joke. I also would like to share that if you know the workers, they get their orders made and given to them first. There is no line system in this store. It goes by who they know and like. I also warn you that if you say anything about them laughing and not working, you will be verbally assaulted by anyone who goes into that store often. I would not bring my dead pet rat if I owned one into this establishment. It is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. I am a Dunkin lover who orders a latte every day but now I will give my money to Starbucks because even though they get my name wrong, I am at least treated with respect and kindness. I know my order will be done correctly and I won’t be verbally assaulted by some old lady. Save your time, energy, sanity, and gas and never step foot in this...
Read moreLongest wait of any Dunkin I've ever been too, and I've been quite a few times. Now I drive past this one to go to a different location.
The employees are pleasant, I don't blame them, but whoever installed their operations has no clue what they're doing. Never seen a Dunkin run so poorly. Why on earth do you have to wait for every food order just to get a coffee? I'll go there, the girl rings me up, and instead of just making a coffee, they'll keep ringing up costumers, so if there's 5 people waiting on food, you have to wait for them first. And if there's no costumers, the cashier will just sit there doing nothing instead of making coffee.
People don't want to wait 10 minutes in the morning for a coffee that takes literally 5 seconds to make. NO other Dunkin I've ever been too is run this way, but every time I've been there, no matter the year or the employee, it's run the same way, so it's the manager and/or owner who doesn't no know what they're doing.
Edit (6/30/24): I have to give credit where it's due, this location has turned things around and service has improved a lot ... Not sure if it's a different owner, manager or they woke up and implemented a new system, but coffee is quick and they're a lot more efficient. Employees are great too,...
Read moreCame by today to get a bagel, a couple of donuts, and a gift card. The woman mentioned I needed to do those transactions separately - no big deal. When ringing up the gift card, she accidentally hit cash, however I planned to pay by credit. She immediately was like oops, let me get my manager. Again, no big deal. The manager walks over instantly annoyed and says to the girl “jeez you can’t do anything”. The girl was sweet and made a minor mistake, I felt so bad. The manager then was giving me attitude asking how much cash I had to pay with cash.. I said I don’t have quite enough, can you void it and start from the beginning? She said no you can’t do that - it’s cash it’s cash. It made no sense. She stood there arguing with me saying there was nothing she could do. So basically she was expecting me to still somehow pay.. which obviously I couldn’t and didn’t. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. And my donuts were stale. No criticism to the young woman just doing her job. The manager however (whose name I did not catch - but she was wearing a hijab) was all around disrespectful and unaccommodating. She didn’t...
