I was disappointed to learn that "Blue Ginger" is just Hot Basil Thai, which is NOT a vegan restaurant. It feels very dishonest that they have listed this as a separate business on google even though your money is still going to a non-vegan restaurant and you are still risking contamination or getting meat in your food, unlike at a real vegan restaurant. Not a vegan restaurant. Just a vegan menu inside a non vegan restaurant. They didn't take time to adapt the vegan menu. Just took out the fish sauce and oyster sauce and didn't replace it with mushroom sauce.
