I was there Oct. 2nd around 3pm and the servers didn't have any urgency in getting customers in and out. They were worried about carrying on about outside conversations. But the icing on the cake is when the lady went to the back for something. She came back and wiped her wet hands on her pants before grabbing gloves to finish making the grinders. So I left my giant #7 on the counter and walked out... Hire people who wants to work otherwise this location wont last too long. Been waiting here for nearly five minutes and not one employee has bothered asking if im here for a pick up. I got the stare down from all the employees. Oh one guy who is actually working and making the sandwiches asks me if im here for a pick up, I say yes looks like I was invisible been here for nearly five minutes. He was a gentleman the other employees not so friendly, young and stupid. They need to be trained from the Jersey mike's in Newington. Same exact treatment I experienced one door...

Opening day grinder was perfect - probably because they had corporate people working there. Ordered online twice since then, both orders either wrong or missing items. Glastonbury is SOOO much better ! This location must've hired people that worked at the other fast food restaurants around here that can't get it right either...
