Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in West Jordan

This place seems like it is run by teens, (careless humans) here is why. The food that should be hot is cold and the one that should be cold is warm, like the guacamole and the beans. We got both on the side to confirm since they seemed that way in our food. The service is like "whatever", no real customer service at all, it was like having a robot just pushing buttons. ALL THE TABLES WERE DIRTY, I had to ask for a towel to clean my table, the crazy thing is that the person that gave me the towel was just standing and didn't even moved to do other things and just looked at me clean my table. The soda machine is always dirty Al around. The most crazy part was that they ask for tip when you pay, why do places like this ask for tips if they don't wait on us, is like we are compensating their laziness. I recently visited Chipotle, and I must say, it was quite a disappointment. Upon entering, the ambiance felt more chaotic than inviting, with a lack of cleanliness that immediately set a negative tone. The service was slow and the staff seemed disinterested, which only added to the frustration.

When it came to the food, it was a real letdown. The ingredients didn't seem fresh, and the flavors were bland and uninspired. The portion sizes were inconsistent, and my burrito was poorly wrapped, causing it to fall apart with every bite. Additionally, the guacamole was brown and tasted off, which was quite off-putting.

I placed an order on the app for the drive thru pick up. The total price for each brrito was 14.00. when I arrived home and saw what they gave me, I was shocked. my burritos were half the portion of the regular size portions of when I place order in person. Not sure if this ia a corporate tactic to save on supplies but there is no way I am paying almost 15.00 for half portion burrito. I immediately went back for a refund and was shamed for making the request to be refunded 46.90 for my order. And on top of that I was still shorted my refund because I was only given 41.19 and had to complain for the other 5.71. The cashier only gave 5.00 as if he was doing me a favor.
