Love love love the environment. It’s clean, there’s tons of room for parents to sit, places to relax and eat.
There’s a variety of types of jumping. I love their Ninja Course. Their high jump pit is great too! Walk the wall (something of a parkour) activity.
In comparison to other trampoline parks in the salt lake valley, this place is definitely cleaner, nicer, smells better, and I love the fact that they have disco lights. It feels like a club atmosphere.
They’ve even for a battle beam (similar to jousting), and even dodgeball. The one reason that I gave minus one star is the total over policing of all of the activities.
This place is considerably smaller than Airbourne in Draper, but there were 6 workers that each sort of had stations that they’d watch over. The workers were helicoptering over their areas to the point that most of the kids would go back to the center “main court” area because there were less restrictions. In many of the areas they have size restrictions. Or you can only have one person on any given trampoline at any given time. Well, with there only being one trampoline in that area, how are you supposed to have more than one person in that area? Kids want to play with their friends.
The “walk the wall” has a 52” restriction, so most of the people I saw go into the area we’re immediately removed from the area.
The building is divided into two areas.
Check-in/seating area is a hard concrete floor, and is separate from the play area by a railing. As a parent, I wanted to be around my kids even if I’m not jumping, but without buying their socks I can’t. Seems counterintuitive.
The play area (floor covered in soft foam) and requires their own brand of socks $3 each pair.
Overall, a little frustrating with our first experience. They’re pretty new, so maybe they relax at some point in the future. But for now, we probably...
Read moreThe new Altitude Trampoline Park in West Jordan is TOTALLY AWESOME! This evening was our first visit and we absolutely loved it. My four year old son and I played for two hours and I literally had to drag him away because he didn't want to stop playing.
We frequent the other indoor playgrounds in Salt Lake, including The Wairhouse Trampoline Park and Obstacle Warrior Kids, and Altitude Trampoline Park is our new favorite!
With over 35,000 square feet, Altitude Trampoline Park includes a wide variety of obstacles and play areas, including several trampoline areas, a ninja course, climbing obstacles, a fun "Reaction Wall" interactive game, dodge ball, and much more. There are obstacles for kids of all ages and even an area specifically for the little ones. They also have a large upstairs area for parties and private event rooms too. Altitude would be an awesome place for a children's party.
Altitude Trampoline Park opened only two weeks ago and its clean and well-maintained. They clean the obstacles and play areas and vacuum every night. The employees I talked with said they loved working there. They told me the guests are always happy and have a great time which makes their jobs fun.
Winter can be a tough time with restless children since it's often too cold to play outside. It's wonderful to have a new indoor playground to visit. We loved playing at Altitude Trampoline Park and will absolutely be visiting...
Read moreWe love Altitude. I think it’s best to go during the slow times. The last few experiences there is just WAY too many people inside especially with parties that can be hosted here. We recently celebrated a family friends party her then a few weeks later my daughters. (I reserved a room prior to attending the party) I expect there to be a lot of people but it felt like there was too much going on. I would not recommend hosting a party here especially during the peak hours. My host was really nice a sweet girl but I never could find her and had to ask for thing’s several times before receiving them. I’m not sure how many other parties she had at the moment but I would say she needs to find a way to keep track of what each party is requesting. Ex. I asked her to bring in my pizzas. I received 2/4. When I asked for the cake she advised me we had to leave at the reserved end time. Not a big deal I understand there are others and I was initially frustrated/stressed when I arrived with my room not ready. So I wouldn’t want to do that to someone else. She and never came back with the cake. After 10 min of waiting, I went looking for her and was unsuccessful. I had to ask her co worker but I was not able to leave at the needed time per her request. My biggest advice would be for anyone is to be vocal and mot wait on the party host if you need something. For the price point, I would expect it to be a...
