Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in West Jordan

We went through the drive thru and ordered 4 drinks and 4 food items. i had a buy one get one free coupon ready to be redeemed and then money on my beans card. the girl at the drive thru that went to take my money opened the window and said absolutely nothing. not a total not a “how are you” just opened the window and stared. after i initiated the conversation and asked if there was something she needed instead of just staring at me she proceeded to tell me she could take the coupon and use my money off of the beans card. i was told a total between 30-35$ and so she scanned both codes then walked away for maybe 5-10 minutes. then a guy comes up to the window and tells me a different total between 45-50$ then tells me i can only use 1 coupon and then have to pay the rest using an actual physical card. super frustrating. the guy was very nice and respectful but that girl should not have a job involving customer service if she doesn’t know...

I'll start off by saying I'm a life long 32 year supporter of B&B. Thats what makes my poor experience today even worse.

After coming in and ordering my usual (Frozen Mr B's+triple shot) everything was going great until I simply sat my coffee down on the counter by the door so I could open my straw before I left.- not even 5 seconds go by and home boy behind the counter tells me "If that's all I can help you with then I'm going to need you to leave. There's no LOITERING in the dining area."

I didn't even know what to say to that. The more I thought about it the more I regret not teaching lil man some respect. I realize there are covid rules and whatever but to get on my like that for putting my straw in my coffee....? C'mon man

Blonde haired, goody 2 shoes looking guy.... I recommend you switch up your customer service ruitine or your going to get slapped any time now.

I understand that people want to go home, but I dont feel that it is appropriate to close before closing time. I know it comes across bad showing up near closing time, but I would hope that you would still help customers during the hours that you say you are open. I showed up at 857 to do a simple transaction, but the employee told me they were closing soon and that she couldnt help me as a result, I told I just wanted a simple item and she said she would have to pull here till, which she couldnt do. i offered to use any payment method and she refused to pull her till. That is some straight BS. If you are going to say you are open til said time, then atay open til then. If I was doing multiple or complicated orders, I could understand, but it was literally, just a hot chocolate. Worst customer service I have received from a...
