Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Jordan

Usually this location is so helpful and kind. Not going to lie, they mess up our orders often but usually we can just call them up and get it fixed. Today I showed up with 4 orders but only ordering 2 separate items. When I got to the window I was greeted by a young man who had a nicer looking name tag (May be a manager) he gave me my total which sounded WAY too low to be mine so I asked him to repeat my order which was completely wrong (there was no one else in the drive thru either). So I tried to explain what it actually was and apologized. He looked at me confused and then without saying anything to me turned to another employee and said “Can you take over I don’t understand what she wants”. Then a young lady came over (I think she took my order). We worked it out and I apologized again and thanked her for her help. With no response she closed the window and rolled her eyes before turning to another employee to say something. Then opened the window to take my money. The younger boy from before then handed me my drinks where one spilled on my lap. He asked someone to bring me napkins but no one came, luckily I had some in my car. He didn’t offer to grab me another drink and I didn’t bother asking because I had already been there for so long and the drink seemed fine it just spilled a little. Then a completely different boy came over, handed me my food, then apologized with a smile. Which was refreshing and the rest of the team could learn something from him. I wish i didnt have to give them a star at all in order to write this review! My experience from the beginning was bad! They took like 10 minutes for them to even take my order in the drive thru. I had to say "hello anyone there?" Because they werent proffesional enough to ask me to wait a moment. After i told them my order it took another 10 minutes to pay & get my order! Ok, i understand they were busy it was lunch hour. So i let that slide...but when the cashier handed me my drink it was dripping with soda. I looked at her and asked her for a napkin and she said "oh, yeah sorry!" As i was cleaning the mess she had made I noticed there was no ice in the cup! I mentioned that to her and her AWESOME excuse was "my ice machine is broken" then I said "can i speak to your manager? I need ice!" The manager seemed like she didnt want to deal with the situation so she didnt come out...then I asked the cashier if there was any ice in the lobby & she said YES you can come in and get some! "I was like, SERIOUSLY? After I waited this long in the drive thru, you still want me to park, get off, and get some ice myself? I said NO i want to talk to your manager! Then to get me off her case just went to the lobby to get ice herself! I suggest you go elsewhere to eat. Dont waste your time and money here! Or if you really want taco bell go to another location! I was at the drive-thru last night around 10:30pm. The cashier was very rude and refused to give me a receipt even after asking for it several times while at the window. I asked her how was I supposed to know what I was being charged for or whether she overcharged me. She bluntly replied "You don't know " and started giggling. The manager refused to come to the window to help. The entire order was made wrong even after having it repeated to me twice. So I had to drive all the way to the Sandy store to get a replacement order and the receipt the manager provided me proved I was overcharged.  I was charged $20.83 at the West Jordan store  off 7000 S. And Redwood Rd in Smith's parking lot and the receipt from Sandy shows it should have only cost $18.74. I want my money back. This store overcharged me. I also have written corporate about the inconvenience and may report to BBB if this matter isn't resolved. The nerve of the staff was unprofessional and downright inappropriate. They should learn how to wear their masks and train their employees to do their work. It was a terrible experience.
