Do not stay. Poor service yields poor reviews. We attempted several times to get room issues repaired. Not even the courtesy of a call back. Came back after moving into the dorms to find our room wasn’t clean. I called down to the front desk. They responded that the rooms are not cleaned daily.. they then went off to offer no solution, no even clean towels. The manager said it was in their handbook that they only clean every other day. Nothing was told to us. Oddly the cost of the room was exactly the same with dirty towels as it was with clean. We were promised resolution to our inquiry the next morning Still nothing. I went down and read the Hilton promise to them that they keep at the front desk. There is a grantee of satisfaction. Nothing was satisfactory. I can live with dirty sheets, but incompetent and rude employees is a much bigger problem. With the lack of leadership shown I would not be surprised to see cameras in the rooms or bedbugs present. I stay in all brands and classes of motels at least 60 nights minimum a year and this was the worst my wife and I have been treated.
