The restaurant was clean. There's your one star. However, I paid for a full pasta, a half sandwich, a drink and was even upsold a cookie at checkout. I even left a tip for you guys even though Linda didn't want to take the time to patiently address the register crashing when I mistakenly tried to enter a phone number when there wasn't a payment screen at POS. Lets talk about Linda for a second here. When I asked Linda if I could sample a tea before buying one (first time Panera customer, didn't know that the station in the back had sampler cups) she said that there was a line building and basically sold me the drink as though it were my fault there was only one cashier. In fact, another employee tried to use the other register to help customers, but before she could even offer, Linda told her to stay as a runner....for orders coming from one register. Now I try not to judge places based on the employees, after all it is 2019. So lemme tell you about my order. I paid near 9 dollars for a full Chicken Tortellini Alfredo pasta order. My bowl came half full. There is no broth in here, so I'm assuming they just keep the pasta in a broth until they serve it, which means they'd have to realize that they didn't fill the bowl all the way with my brothless pasta.
To summarize, next time you feel like eating at Panera 1068, buy yourself a head of lettuce instead. It's cheaper, healthier and you won't have to deal with Linda. Linda if you read this...
Read moreHorrible service on delivery orders. I was part of a group that placed an order online, and while the food was ok, they couldn't get my drink right to save their lives. I had ordered a Cinnamon Spice Latte, one of the new seasonal beverages, because I wanted to try it. The drink that was sent was some sort of iced coffee monstrosity. Thinking it was an honest mistake, I called and explained that the wrong drink must have been delivered, because it surely wasn't the warm, cinnamon laden delight I had expected. They apologized for the mistake, and sent over a fresh replacement. IT WAS THE SAME DRINK?!?! Alright, alright, surely there was a misunderstanding. I checked the menu, saw that there was a cold brew cinnamon spiced latte, and that must be the source of the error. So I called again, explained what I thought might have happened (Oh, you wanted the HOT drink???), and was assured that they would remake it and send it over as soon as possible. Mollified, and feeling somewhat guilty for complaining like this over a drink, I returned to work and waited. And waited. And waited. It's been well over 2 hours since then. If you want decent food, tolerable drinks, and reasonable service, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Oh and the salad for the Pick 2 deal is wimpy as heck, didn't even fill half of the container it...
Read moreThis Place used to be great! Not any more. The delivery function on the website often doesn't work and they refuse to take a delivery order over the phone. Today when the website didn't work I placed a rapid pick up order at 11:10 to be picked up at 11:55. When I got there of course there was no parking available ( they should think about at least one designated spot for pick ups) I go in at 11:58 to grab my food and it wasn't there. I waited for about 5 minutes mind you i'm parked in "no parking" After waiting I asked an employee at the counter if they are running behind that my food was supposed to be ready 10 mins. ago. Her answer was yes someone place a 26 item to go order right before me and I would have to wait. She then asked my name so she could check my order. Wait a minute... if you knew someone placed an order right before me ( almost an hour ago) then you think she she would know my name right?!? No it was just an excuse. She never came back to tell me the status of my order . I waited another 15 mins for my food. I asked to speak with a manager because when I asked her again she was just plain rude and told me I would just have to wait like the other 7 people behind me! Of no manager. I have been eating here twice a week for 3 years and I will not...
