this is the first time we’ve ever eaten here. we ordered teriyaki chicken, chicken lo-mein, and 2 orders of steamed pork potstickers. the steamed potstickers were good, but they were absolutely not even close to being done. they were extremely doughy and sticky. upon opening the second box of steamed potstickers, it was actually something that was absolutely not what we ordered, but instead, was fried and had a bunch of what i think was spinach inside of it? it wasn’t good, and it wasn’t what we ordered. the teriyaki chicken was just okay, the chicken wasn’t the consistency i was expecting, but whatever it’s nobody’s fault. but it just wasn’t my favorite. overall though, everything had a decent flavor. some things were just a little messed up and...

The food is ok and the portions are quite generous. The prices are modest and the food is very fast. Perhaps the level of sugar in the sauces -- way higher than I prefer -- is customary for the Szechuan style, which seems to dominate the menu.

One point sticks out from my experience yesterday, Friday of finals week, at 3pm, is that as I was preparing to leave, I spent time in the ladies' restroom and after washing my hands I found that the towel dispenser would not dispense, and there were no other towels. I mentioned this to the young man who had waited on me, and he said "oh, towel machine broken." I asked if there were other paper towels that could be supplied and he repeated "towel...
