So it was about 11 oāclock at night and we go through the drive-through and this is on March 15 at 11 PM and we order the shrimp tacklebox and a regular sandwich cheese sandwich and bacon so she asked spicy or classic we say classic she asked me what I wanted with my tacklebox, which I could barely understand her, and I told her I would like red beans and rice And I would like Cajun fries. And make large with lemonade She gives me my total. I pull up to the window and itās pouring down rain and she opens the window. She says 17 something and I give her 20 when she tells me to pull up but thereās no window thereās no door thereās no nothing pull up to where she can barely speak English and has no clue whatās going on. I give it to the girl for trying, but definitely a communication barrier so before she tells us to pull up, we ask her for some sugar for the lemonade that we ordered and some shrimp sauce and so we pull up like she asked, but thereās no door no window. Iām not getting out of my car in the pouring rain going to get in this bag oh and there not one car behind us or any where around so pulling up made no sense so we pull back around through the drive-through. She comes back to the window looked at us like weāre crazy and is like hold on one second and she goes and gets us our food and check it before we pull off and thereās no sugar so I ask her for sugar. She hand me a spoon. I told her no sugar she goes back and has gone for a second comes back and says Iām sorry and hand me Salt-N-Pepa. She has no clue whatās going on. Donāt know what anything is and to top it off. I got no catch up with my Cajun fries. I got no honey with my biscuit like what is a Popeyes biscuit without the honey like total shit service probably wouldāve been in great service if somebody could comprehend while we were saying like I said, I give it to the girl for trying, but she has no idea what anything is. I had looked up on the app what I wanted so I didn't take too much time at the drive thru, but didn't order it on there because last time I tried it wouldn't go through. I ordered exactly what the app says (dinner), but the guy taking the order didn't know what a "dinner" was. He wanted to give me the more expensive meal that includes a drink, which I didn't want. I waited in the drive-thru line probably 10 minutes before he could get someone to help him. Meanwhile the car in the other lane came after me ordered and took off to the window while I was still waiting for the guy to figure out how to ring up my order. When he did finally get someone to come help they asked what I would like, like I had just pulled up for the first time. I had ordered a bacon and cheese chicken sandwich, no pickles, extra mayonnaise. He read it back to me twice. When I got to the window, first he handed me someone else's bag. When a girl inside told him that wasn't mine, he said "well I guess you have 2 bags now" at the same time I stuck it back out the window towards him. He took the bag back (even though I had stuck my hand inside of it because I was getting ready to check & make sure everything was correct). Then I saw him hand it to the girl and from her expression I'm guessing he told her to run it out to the car waiting. She gave him a surprised look and just looked at the bag. He gave me my correct bag and I left so I don't know if they have that car the bag or not. When I got home I didn't have pickles, but I didn't have ANY mayonnaise on it either! Waited about 20 minutes before I went to check on it. Was told it still wasn't ready so I go beck to my car. Who I've been told is the new assistant manager came out carrying bags of food and started asking who ordered what no organization or procedure. Gave out one that ordered a 16 piece after us and then couldn't Remember what was in the other bag to he radioed to ask and it was the 2 sandwiches I ordered and fries. A lady who had just ordered said it was hers so he went to give it to her and I spoke up saying I thought It was mine. He said "nah man this ain't yours. I know who's orders are whos" at that point he went inside and grabbed another couple bags saying they were ours with extra free food cool right? Wrong the food wasn't what we ordered at all and the other "freebies" were cold. Went back in and asked for the main manager who was a very nice lady and fixed the issue in 2 minutes.
