Yes its a temple, but it lacks the spiritual power and is in need of proper spiritual process and pooja's. There is a reason why humans have to tell the mantras and sing the song by themselves. When i went there I saw an ipad being placed on the floor and song being played for GOD. I don't think that is the right way to do things.
