Update: Under staffing & training, and It is getting worse every time. I visited this location a few more times after my initial review and the service and food quality both went down. 1)Fried rice and Chow Mein tasted so plain, I needed to add salt and soy sauce now. 2)Wrong order-We ordered SweetFire Chicken but we got String Bean Chicken instead. 3)Online order take over an hour to get ready. 4)Teriyaki Chicken was suppose to cut into strips but instead it was cut in half like the size of half chicken breast and was stocked into the bottom of the box and cover with some fully cutted CK stripes. 5)Food portion is getting less too. 6)Most of the staffs are good but few staffs are not friendly at all. All the good experience when they first open is gone. Therefore, I updated my review.

They provide Walk-In, Pickup, Drive-Thru service. Lots of parking spaces. Food is good and staffs are friendly. Good place for a quick hot food in cold weather. Interesting thing I found is that their In-store menu has Calories information for the food but no pricing. Not sure if this is their New Menu system or their forgot to list their price. I’ve tried giving this location, grace a total of five times now but no matter where you go whether it’s inside or the drive-through it’s absolutely terrible. From rude staff to over 30 minutes of a wait time in a drive-through

I think I hit my last nerve when I tried calling them three times in a row and no answer to pick up my mobile order that was marked as completed and already picked up and then when I went into the drive-through, I waited over seven minutes after I was told that a representative would be right with me, after a while I commented “hello? “And the person that I was talking to was extremely disrespectful and said “I told you to give us a minute we only have one person working the drive-through right now.”- when I walked inside, there were quite a few employees just standing around and doing a whole lot of nothing so why would you only have one person working the drive-through?

Ridiculous service. Ordered an eggroll with our take-out order, they were currently out but said they'd have some up in a minute. I'm not joking, WAITED ALMOST 20 MINUTES for a stupid eggroll and then just walked out because I refused to let my already packaged take-out food to get cold any longer. They didn't even drop the eggrolls until 10 minutes after I had already started waiting. They just act like waiting 20 minutes for an eggroll is perfectly normal. You people need to watch your line more and be proactive on items that you get out of and should already have the basket dropped and cooking it. You're a Chinese fast food place, people are going to order eggrolls. You people need better training...
