I probably won't ever go back. We got there a little after 7pm on a Friday. It wasn't that busy and we didn't wait long. We ordered our food, one appetizer and 3 entrees. We waited a really long time only for 2 of us to get our food, they forgot our appetizer, and we sat there for awhile just to get our silverware. The third food entree was wrong and they had to completely remake it. So needless to say we didn't get to eat together. The guy who took our order never came back after taking the order. They had to completely comp our meal, which was good because I was pissed enough with the complete lack of acknowledgement, missing appetizer and wrong entree. Then I had to walk up to the bar, just to stand there cuz apparently I'm invisible. We were the last people in the dining area (only ppl were at the bar) one lady said it was because they lost half their staff cuz of graduation. Like I care why they can't handle themselves. If you can't do any part of serving people, even halfway correct, then close down. The bacon on the chicken sandwich was barely cooked. Very disappointed.

The food here is well done and simple enough not to offend anyone's delicate palate. However, the service does leave something to be desired. I had the Catfish Poboy and it wasn't bad. The fish was crisp and did not have a strong catfish odor, and there was a bit of tomato on top. The Warm Turkey & Swiss was really well done and tender, yet we were a little surprised that this wasn't a cold meat sandwich. The service was super slow. We asked for just a minute to look at the menu, and we had to flag down someone after about 20 minutes of chatting. On top of that, the server's body odor was rather strong, which made us want to order fast so that the fog would clear from our table.

It's the first time stopping by Walk On's. The food was definitely good, and the atmosphere was good, as well. I'll definitely stop by, in the future. Watching an old NBA game, from the 1988 playoffs, was watching, as well.

Simply doing a review because I want this place to fo better. I came in on Valentines Day thinking it would be packed but it wasn’t it was pretty moderate amount of people there. Anyway there was no one at the front door I thought maybe we just seat ourselves as this didn’t have the normal Walk ons set up Im used to in which by normal I am referring to the only other “stand alone” location I been to in Fishers Indiana. I set down and no one came over and the bar tender didnt say or greet me only to hear him tell another group to stay at the front and someone will come get you. So we got up after hearing that and stood at the front along with the other folks he told that to. Waited another 10 mins. This place wan by jo means busy or super jumping it was very moderate although there were no workers on the floor it seemed like eveyone was off in tje back doing whatever. Once seated our server was prettu nice but thats about it. They didn’t have the mozzarella logs or queso for dipping so I ordered spinach artichoke dip. I also ordered a water and lemonade. Tell me why my artichoke dip came before my drinks ??? I don’t get that at all. I also never gotten a refill on my lemonade. When it came time to order I ordered my usually wings and my girlfriend ordered the catfish. The server came back saying they were out of the catfish. This was 15 minutes after taking our order. We were upset because that was now 3 things out of or normal that they didn’t have. We asked what do you have. The server said we are out of a lot. My girlfriend ordered some wings which they all took too long and we decided to go elsewhere at this point. I have NEVER experienced Walk ons in this manner. I have been to the Fishers location 3 times and I have literally NO complaints whatsoever. I was very upset for the lack of service I received especially for how slow business it was. I will not be returning to this location. I will continue to drive and hour plus to the Fishers location. I also read some other reviews and they seemed similar so its not just a one time thing. Maybe need to get ahold of the staff at Fishers to show how it is done. At the end I winded up asking for a check for the the 2 lemonades (I had ordered one and my girlfriend ordered one agter getting water initially) and the artichoke dip. When I did this some guy was like well one of your orders are ready. I said if it’s ready then go get it. He came back 5 minutes no food in hand. My girlfriend then stepped in and told them to bring our check now. We then had cashed out and left. Im upset because I really enjoyed the food from previous experience and my girlfriend did as well she was craving the catfish they did not have. I hope someone sees this and decides to take some new initiative whether its getting the right staff or ordering the correct food from your vendors. This is on a college campus so I can’t understand he they can be out of certain items knowing these kids most likely can’t afford the high priced menu things I jusy dont get it and also why was service was so slow and no workers were visible besides the one bartender that we saw. Please fo better! This all occurred within 2 hours. Again this has never happened at your Fishers location on either of my 3 visits they have people waiting to seat you at the front and the employees are always visible. I gave a 1 star only because 0 stars...

Restaurant had three seated tables with one waiter. The kitchen had about four people in it…reportedly some were in training. Waiter was painfully slow. We had to ask for our soup to come out a second time. Then three of our Zedyco salads came out with chicken instead of shrimp. Waited several minutes for sever to come back out and bring ketchup for our table mate. I finally got up and found ketchup and returned it to our table. A few minutes later another table also got up to get their own condiments, too. I finally walked into the kitchen entry since the waiter had yet to reappear…. There were about five staff members in a group together in the middle of the kitchen. One asked what I wanted, and I said that our order was incorrect, explained the mistake, and returned to my table. After about ten minutes a petite, blonde teammate brought out three bowls of shrimp and was exceptionally rude saying that they were shorted staffed and had been working since 10 AM; it was 7 PM…. (Working 9-10 hour days at 20 years of age shouldn’t be an excuse for rudeness. Needless to say, our experience doesn’t make us want to return. The entire team needs additional training on customer service and basic...

We wanted to like it. Stumbled upon this place before the Purdue football game and it was busy. An interesting find in the Union. A sports bar with a bit of Cajun influence. Lots of TV’s with sports and the vibe, well was all pre football game. The young gentleman, most likely a foreign purdue student wearing glasses doing seating seemed quite confused as to what was going on. He didn’t even know when closing time was. We did eventually get seated. I know it’s a lot to ask especially for a sports bar but the vegan menu items offered were next to nothing. Either a vegan burger priced much higher than a cow burger or plain salad for an entree. It’s not 1999, one would hope for a bit more. Even some vegan wings or an additional vegan sandwich offering, perhaps a bowl of some sort. Oh well, service was chaotic at best. Couldn’t get a water and my drink tasted watered down and the glass was t even full. Food is on the low end of ok, nothing spectacular although with multiple beers I’m sure it would get better. Companion said beer was on the warm side. Just an odd find we were underwhelmed...
