I got phad Thai and was tasteless with a moth under the bean sprouts. The person I spoke with really didn't want to do anything about it. There was a sharp chicken bone in it and made my gums bleed for several hours. I waited for a long time and finally asked when it was going to be ready, they forgot to cook it so they finally made it came out barely warm after waiting for 39 minutes after they forgot to cook the food order for me. I'm trying everything to not be a person who have had a issue, but I finally am 1000% done with this food truck thinking it's just a cook having a bad day. Plus the amount of food is barely enough for a snack having to order two to three dishes just to get full and with zero leftovers and I don't eat a lot of food to become stuffed full. I hope you will fix it, but you lost me as a customer giving repeated tries for a cook having a bad day cooking. Now I have to find a new Thai...

Food is actually good, but the portions are NEVER consistent. Salad rolls are really over priced for the small size they are, but the peanut sauce is delicious. Staff is not friendly (in my opinion). Again, I like the food there, so I go often despite the inconsistencies, but the ladies who take the orders just seem bothered when you are just simply placing an order for your food. Example, the other day the lady repeated my order to me but it was wrong so I repeated back what my order was and she got frustrated and just turned the iPad screen to me. Every time you thank them for the food, they never say you're welcome or acknowledge you.. I still leave a tip out of common courtesy, so I know they can't be what they're mad about that. like other reviews when first opened this place was a fantastic experience. the food was great and our new favorite Thai place. But over last 6 months or so we have seen some problems. #1 lady at the front is not friendly and sometimes downright rude. once my wife asked politely if they could fill the rice container fully (instead of their usual 3/4 full) and lady bluntly said No. #2 food has been a bit inconsistent. example we ordered pad eggplant and it really was just filled with big chunks of onion and 1-2 pieces of eggplant. maybe it is just seasonality with ingredients. I do hope things improve, we still do like it enough to continue trying it out. My son loves the lemon grass skewers...
