I've gone here a handful of times and had the sushi burritos and the sushi donuts. They have tasty rolls, and you can order each option as a refreshing Poke bowl. The service is friendly, and I get my food quickly.

Any option has been delicious. My personal favorite is the Tsunami, as a burrito. If you like a bit of spicy jalapeño, this sushi burrito is cool, fresh, delicious, along with a nice crunch from the cabbage. Exceptional.

The environment is at Willamette Garage, which has an option for indoor eating with a bar attached. Great drinks, climate controlled. However, I'm drawn to their outdoor seating. It's covered with a roof, and the seating has options for benches with heater elements above or to sit at the benches with gas flame features. We ordered food from multiple carts. Ordered one roll from Sushi San first. Wings combo from another, and Pad Thai from a third cart. We got our wings and pad thai within 10 minutes. 40 minutes passed and we still hadn't received our one roll. Went and asked and was told 2 more minutes. 5 minutes later it was ready. I went here with my dad and was pleasantly surprised of how delicious this food was. I got a tuna donut and my dad got a Volcano Sushi burrito. The flavors were very rich and it was the perfect amount of spice. My dad rated his meal 5 stars and I agree. The prices were not bad with the total being 22 dollars.
