Yesterday my partner and I went into your business to grab coffee and breakfast. We wore masks and were glad to see all of your employees wearing masks as well. While there appeared to be some effort in making sure customers observed social distancing measures, it was severely lacking. First off, we were the only customers out of at least 20 in your small store wearing masks. Masks should be mandated for your customers, it has already been mandated to be implemented in the future. You are putting your employees and customers at risk by not doing so. Second, tables and chairs were clearly not far enough apart. Maybe the tables themselves were, but not the people sitting. There should be less tables spaced further apart and a maximum occupancy regulated by an employee. Ground stickers were too ambiguous as to where the lines were and where waiting areas were. Consider having a way for people to wait outside for their order and add arrows to ground stickers. I appreciate that some measures have been taken and want to support local businesses, but I cannot condone or support ineffective safety measures that put peoples’ lives at risk and prolong a public health crisis. As a local ICU nurse I can assure you this pandemic is real, please take...

They have different pastries sandwiches and cookies to try too. I had a small iced coffee and later an iced matcha to go. Both were delicious. There's parking that wraps around the building, but don't park on the opposite side of the building as it's reserved for another business and they will tow. I went at one on Friday and didn't have trouble finding a spot, but parking is limited. Tow spots are marked with signage. There's one handicapped stall up front, but if you're alone you might have a little trouble getting up to the sidewalk as there's a bit of a bump to go over where asphalt was added to make it handicapped accessible. It's not too bad, but definitely not a...
Read moreWillamette Coffee House has been in my life through two owners, lots of different employees and even yes coffee over the 12 years I've been coming. It remains the friendliest and best experience with coffee I've ever had! While I understand some concerns about masks, etc. voiced by others, I stand by these girls and everything they do for all of us! If you don't like the masks - despite everyone sitting in there without them - there are other choices in walking distance. Just go with one of those and let the rest of us enjoy our coffee. Please continue supporting local businesses in West Linn that are trying to navigate to the end of this time. By the way, the pastries are awesome too, as well as the cookies (yes I've tried all of...
