McDonald's — Restaurant in West Milwaukee

Worse customer service through drive through. on 4/20/20 around 8:15 and 8:30 pm 1120 Miller Parkway West Allis Wisconsin I went through the drive thru. Cars were lined up about 10 deep waiting for about 20 minutes before moving extremely slow at a stand still for 20 minutes. When I finally got to the other window no one was there to answer . I called out . I called on my phone to speak with the unduty manager , who finally answered the phone I explained that no one was at the intercom window to take my order and if I could order when I get to the pay window since I had no room to back up, She said yes that I could order at the pay window, well of course I get to the pay window and the very unprofessional money collector said you were not waiting that long . I could see that , I said if you could my car than you would have heard me calling through the intercom. She commenced to argue with me told me I had to go back in the line to order and closed the window in my face . At that point I called the manager from my car still in the line, surprisingly this unprofessional money collector left her money collection window ran to the phone and said that she was the manager. I hung up called again another personal said that she was the manager . The first manager who said that I can order from the window who at this point developed amnesia and couldn't remember . I pulled up to the window that is the pick up order person's window . I asked him could I speak to the manager , and he said how could he help me . I asked was he the manager and his reply was "I Could be " . Three different managers , but not one could resolve the issues . there was one manager and two regular employees playing games and lying to the customer .Now this was the most twisted unprofessional group of people working anywhere that I've ever encountered in all my life . So, I will be calling higher levels of management regarding this unprofessional twisted little game this group of McDonalds manager and employees plays while on duty disrespecting...

We have been to this McDonalds before and never had this much of an issue ordering. First, when we pulled up to the window, no one greeted us at all so we just sat there waiting. My boyfriend tried to talk to the box but no one was answering. So we drove around to the other order box thinking the 1st one was maybe broken. No one was answering there too so we ended up sitting there waiting for about 8 whole minutes before the lady decided to ask for our order. (There were only 4 other cars in line so not too busy.) Her tone sounded very bothered and rude but since we waited so long we proceeded to order. When we pulled up to the payment window, there was a lady sitting down with earbuds in her ears, looking down at her phone not even acknowledging us. She didn't even bother getting up to help us until another 5 full minutes passed by of us being confused by why our payment isn't being taken. Then she finally took our payment, but we had to wait in line of just 2 other cars for our food for another 10 minutes. When we pulled up and the lady opened the window she asked us if we had 2 mcribs. We said yes, but then my bf asked if the chicken nugget meal was in there too since our visit hasn'tbeen very pleasant this far and we wanted to make sure we got all of our food. She handed us the food and never bothered to answer our question. Then proceeded to close the window and moved on to next person.

I am a uber eats driver and i had a absolutely horrible experience coming here to pick up food by two different employees, i came in as an uber eats driver and i came to the pick up window inside and i asked the young lady if i can use the bathroom and she said yes and she opened the door at about 5am in the morning. I went to the bathroom and some old African American lady rudely said as im all-ready in the bathroom and yelled at me “ sirrr, you cant use the bathroom” after the other employee unlocked the door for me to use it and im in the bathroom allready about to use the bathroom because it was an emergency so i than walked out as they requested I than asked “ Why would your employee unlock the door and let me in to use the bathroom and its an emergency and she didnt respond back and than said to “ Go home if you have to use the bathroom “ which was extremely rude and disgusting because i finally had a minute to stop inside a restaurant to use the restroom after driving for hours . And than they gave me my uber eats order and started both laughing at me and giving me ugly looks after refusing me to use the bathroom after unlocking the door. This is not okay to treat humans like that i almost had an accident in my pants just too be laughed at and for no consequences to be took. Absolutely horrible people with no heart.
