I went for their buffet. I brought my 2 twins daughters who are 3 years old. This man didnt know me or know how hard I've fought to be in these babies' lives at all. He just wanted to be a great person. I asked for a buffet for 3, he told me the price of just under 15 bucks. My debit card declined. I was shocked at the news and embarrassed of the scene. Out of the goodness of this man's heart or more literally his wallet..he offered to pay for my daughters' and my meal. I was almost speechless except that he was so easy to talk to. I thanked him probably about 15 times in disbelief. He left his name on my receipt and let me dine out with my daughters. I get paid this Friday and even though I will pay him back in full, I can never really repay him for the emotions I experienced from a complete stranger. God works in mysterious ways. And also... I think He's as big a fan of Johnnys as I am. Cuz He has angels that work there. God Bless You Mr. Whittington. I not only would recommend Johnnys to any pizza lover but now would also recommend you go weekdays from open to 5pm to be served by a true gentleman. 10 out of 10! 5 stars doesn't cover it....
Read moreRevised after a while I did get response. Someone was on Vacation and did get back to me. I have been back several times after my original disappointing visit and 'things' were much better ( time to get order, help/ staff attitude and generally all better).
Let us hope it remains the status quo

Waited 53 minutes for my food. There were exactly 4 customers in the restaurant besides me and my wife. I counted 9 workers behind counter. It was 4:45pm when we got there. We were not happy. We ordered a Large Sweep/ 2 drinks. A week later- Received comment from someone or something that expressed sympathy and concern about my experience. I was asked to please contact them via email. Read moreWe’ve ordered at this location lately, I can say each visit but today has always been amazing. Our visit today was awful, I called the store spoke with Michelle whom said she was the manager on duty, she placed me on hold twice, after waiting over 10 minutes, a gentleman answered the phone and I explained the issue, he was not in the best mood, he told me to bring the pizza back for a refund after explaining to him I was on the other side of town, he said well I’m sorry and the phone was disconnected. I’m not gonna accuse him of hanging up in my face, everyone has a rough day but please keep in mind to always be mindful and treat your guest with the upmost respect. Pizzas today were filled with enough sauce to make 2 more pizzas and this caused the dough to not fully cook through, I hope our next experience...
