As a physician/business operator running a very busy medical practice in Madison, NJ, I cannot say enough about Piccola Caffetteria’s catering, it’s truly exceptional.

Every order is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the variety keeps our entire team excited for the next delivery.

Some of our staff favorites: the Pasta al Nonna, Pasta Vulcano, and panini pressed eggplant sandwiches; the Mortadella and perfectly fresh-sliced prosciutto; veggie panini, assorted wraps, and their Mediterranean salad with feta and sun-dried tomatoes (always a huge hit!). The dessert selection is a dream from pastel de nata, tiramisu, croissants, biscotti, and cannoli to fresh fruit tarts, everything is delicious and never feels heavy or bloating.

They are always able to turn around large catering orders quickly for our meetings and events, and every time the quality exceeds expectations. The menu is constantly rotating with new pastas, sandwiches, and wraps, which makes each order feel like a special occasion and they’re very flexible on meeting our needs with changing up different trays of pasta or sandwiches.

We recently hosted a cocktail hour networking event for about 50 guests, and the catering experience was absolutely outstanding. Every detail was customized with care, and the presentation was nothing short of spectacular.

From the moment our guests walked in, they were greeted by an abundant, beautifully styled spread: an elegant Mediterranean salad, roasted eggplant, handmade pastas (including penne alla Norma and a delicate white sauce penne), and a stunning assortment of cold cuts and custom cheeses. The charcuterie board was a centerpiece in itself layered with fresh figs, dates, berries, grapes, smoked salmon, pastrami, and a wide selection of artisanal cheeses. Every bite reflected quality and refinement.
