Cinnabon — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

I went there 11/25 with my family. I had a Cinnabon card which allowed me to get a free Cinnabon after purchasing a certain amount. I understand that they are under new management now, so I asked the manager if he would accept the card and the terms. He stated that the card was only given in NY etc. I told him I got the card at the same location on my last visit. He agreed to take the card. I was supposed to receive a free full sized Cinnabon. I was surprised to see that I was given something a little bigger than a minibon. I bought 6 Cinnabons that afternoon. I just thought that that was poor customer service. Edwin the manager, treated me with such a disrespectful attitude. I’ve never in my life been treated like this before. Edwin was trying to argue with me after I asked if they could add some icing on my Cinnabon. I’m aware it’s $1.59 extra for the little container but I didn’t want that. They were’t supposed to open until 11:00, but because of the car show, they served me at 10:30 while they were still opening. Smart. I lot of people got there before 11:00.
