McDonald's — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

I have been to dozens of McDonalds especially when my children were collecting one toy or another in Philadelphia and it's suburbs. They were always manned by a nasty crew of not helpful and arrogant employees and it made me grateful that my son was born a vegetarian and only ate the cheese if that. My daughter never touched any of it but the toy. Then I moved to Florida and I am 2 minutes from a terrific McD! Finding that I love 1/4 pounders wasn't the best part , but this place is so excellent I have to write about it! I have never had an experience here that wasn't a 5 star one. The young people working here in this heat always look perfect , are polite , and work fast in the drive thru. I never had a mix up no matter how complicated the order- I can't say that about my past experiences ‼️ The arguments through the speaker over NO MEAT for my son were awful and always meant a trip inside! Or they buried it under the dessert! Kidir the manager of this McDonalds, came right to the window , looked handsome and crisp despite the 90+ weather and was working as hard as his staff!! I'm spoiled by how truly nice and well trained this staff is! Why can't they all be this way? And the conditions with the heat make it so hard to get a cone or milkshake. I don't care, this is one drive thru where they actually remember you too. This place deserves more...

3 weeks in a row and each breakfast order was incorrect. This past Friday I checked the screen and checked my bag to make sure they did my son’s breakfast correctly but forgot to check for hash browns and of course, missing. Not to mention the fact that they had me pull into a spot & after seeing 10-12 cars leave I waited an extra 5 mins then went to the window and asked the girl if they forgot me, all she could give me was a “I don’t know” so parked my car, went inside with 2 different slippers on & got my latte but didn’t realized until I was home that my sons order was still is complete. Went in this morning with receipts and some rude woman in a red shirt claimed she was the manager and that her name was Olga, tried to blame me bcz I didn’t check the bag, then she said she had to get Mgr who was also named Olga?? Olga 2 said my receipt was too old for the first 2 mistakes even though I had the food in the bag and then INSISTED the whole forgetting they had me pull over, NEVER HAPPENED?!!! Replacing a breakfast sandwich costs McDonalds pennies and an apology costs them nothing, these 2 amateurs lost a loyal customer & took a bad rating over a breakfast sandwich.. like I would go to the trouble to bring food in for a free $4 sandwich.. pitiful & just...

I will never visit that McDonald's again the manager that was on duty this afternoon was very rude and very unprofessional and left me with the impression that I was lying I ordered a hamburger on last Tuesday and I was given a cheeseburger and I called and I told the manager that my hamburger was wrong and she told me whenever it was convenient for me to stop back by and get my hamburger and not a cheeseburger and I did that today and when I got to the first window they took my dollar and seven cents because I ordered a small iced tea which was terrible it tasted just like pure water with three pieces of lemons no sugar in it at all and when I got to the second window to pick it up I was not given my hamburger the manager told me that I needed my receipt and she would give me my food and it was not told to me that I needed a receipt when I called and complained about my order of my hamburger was wrong if that had been the case I would have kept the receipt so she she tells me that I can call the manager that's over her which her name is Anna and talk to her about it because she wasn't giving me any free food and that's all that I wanted so I will never be visiting that McDonald's again and I will be calling her...
