Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

I visited today , Jan 21, 2024. Around 9:30 pm.Ordered a quesadilla with NO spicy sauce.. added guacamole and fries. I did not see the fries..So I asked if I could have my fries.. so they have manager in that kind of defenses matter pull up the order and set your fries are inside the quesadillas. I said okay so I went home. . 20 minutes later take a bite out of make quesadilla, and notice that it is full of the spicy sauce. which I specifically asked NOT TO ADD it. it ruined my meal. I spent $13.00 I am running off to the next dollar. so I tried to Google the phone number and I called the phone number that is listed on the website. it turns out the phone number is a fax number. there's no way to contact the store. no I did not go back to the store. it is late I worked all day I'm tired I am hungry. and I just want my...

Customer service SUCKS. The girl at the counter charged my husband $5.37 for 3 small cups of ice water. Then the manager was barely talking to me -about giving me a refund for that. She did give me a refund but the fact that I was asking her to tell me what was going on-instead of standing there silently after telling me to wait for the other customer (who came in after me) to be served was ridiculous. The girl who charged me in error only said "my bad" without even making eye contact with me once the manager told her she shouldn't have charged me for waters. They also put some type of sauce on the cheese quesadilla thing my husband ordered for our 6 year old and then made it seem like our error when I told them we said we literally only wanted cheese on it...they replaced it but were just not happy to be...

I really like Taco Bell. Just, not this one. What used to be one of my favorite locations has become severely lacking in about everything a fast food restaurant is supposed to be. One, the lobby is never open. I was quite surprised the lobby was during this visit.

Two, they messed up my order. I asked for no sour cream. There was sour cream all the way at one end. It's kind of difficult to see this as an accident. Here's a pic. The whole burrito was as ordered except, for this one end. This is the Beefy Melt Whatever. So, I'm guessing the employee thought screw my order since they were already making it.

The Fiesta Veggie Burrito was quite cold. At least, it had no sour cream.

And, to think back in 2015 and 2016 that steak, egg and cheese quesadilla was my favorite especially when purchased from here. Way...
