Yum Yum Express‎ — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

This was the worst food I’ve ever had from a Chinese restaurant. Granted: we ordered at 9pm close to the closing time of 10pm but did not expect the brick hard scraps received that appeared to be items left on the plates from people that ate at the buffet earlier that day. (Just my opinion of the reason for what we received what I detailed below) The menu that is attached to this Google listing I was told is from 20 years ago and the family pack a is now 39.95 the other one is 54.95 and doesn’t include anything that is stated it does such as soup or the choices of entrees. All of the entrées are basically sweet and sour popcorn style chicken with different sauces for you to pour on the chicken and the food was hard and sauce was hard, and to thick to pour on the chicken. We did not get what we ordered which was the General Tso chicken and egg drop soup plus other items listed such as three egg rolls we received 1 and a shitlload of chicken wings which shouldn’t have been included In pack a as listed in the menu and ordered over the phone. the worker wanted to argue and stated she would run the cameras back to confirm she did what we asked and that she added which were not in the bag. The honey garlic chicken which we didn’t order was basically sweet and sour style chicken with a thick yellow mustard honey soy sauce mixed sauce so thick it looked like yellow peanut butter. When I called back the following day a second time because I had not received a call back from my initial call and took a picture of all of the food showing we hadn’t and couldn’t eat anything because it was hard like beef jerky, the lady was really nasty; not accommodating at all; and would not show accountabilities for the mistakes in our order or offer any apologies for the problems we incurred with the extremely inedible food received and paid 44.68 in total for She states repeatedly tHat she still has to watch the cameras and kept going back and forth with me regarding her “good service” I eventually advised it was just the principle she can keep the money I just will never return or recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys a hot fresh meal of Chinese cuisine that includes items they actually ordered and want to eat, not leftovers the restaurant wasn’t to get rid of...

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had. My son has peanut allergies. If he eats anything related to peanuts including peas he will die. I made this very clear to the attendant who took my order. I had a 10 minute conversation about my sons peanut allergies were they assured me that nothing would be in the order that had peanuts. When the order arrived it came with my sons sweet and sour chicken combo with fried rice that has peas in it. Again I explained this to the person that took my order and I told her specifically that Peas could not be in any aspect of the dish . One of the dishes it had peas next to the chicken and my son could’ve almost died. When I called them to explain the situation and get some type of remedy, The individual who answered the phone told me that I did not order anything related to a separate dish and what I ordered was a combo dish which was a complete lie and fabrication as I had a 10 minute conversation with this person about my sons peanut allergies. This restaurant could have killed him based on what was provided with his sweet-and-sour chicken. Do not order from this place they don’t care about anything furthermore they don’t care about anyone that has any type of allergies whatsoever. If you’re looking for a place to order from with any child or adult that has peanut allergies do not order from these people...

My wife and I ordered General Tso and Chicken Lo Mien had to pay $2 extra since I don't do pork for chicken fried rice (didn't care for the white rice or brown rice....that's understandable but when we got our food my wife's general Tso was completely inedible. The chicken was so hard you could use it for skipping stones. My Lo Mien was tasteless I've had more flavor in water than in that. The $2 extra dollars was completely wasted on the chicken fried rice because the rice was so hard and just like the Lo Mien, tasteless. So I decided to call and was told if I already ate some I could not have it re-made or get a refund. Was too hungry for a refund just wanted a more fresh meal. Take it from me don't waste your time or money on this place. Worst Chinese food experience we have ever had collectively....and I use to live in...
