I am not the type write reviews but my experience has been nothing but terrible. First when I originally placed an order for my bed set I called to set -up a pick-up date in which I was then informed the warehouse accidentally cancelled by whole order. I was told that I would have to contact my leasing company to cancel the order on file so I can re-order the item. This process took all day to do with back and forth between the lease and Ashley. Once my order was placed I arranged my delivery date for June 26th which was confirmed by the company and I also received a confirmation email of delivery date. I receive a call today setting up a drop off time in which I was informed the date that I had ALREADY scheduled with Ashley is filled and nothing can be done but to schedule even farther out. Now my family is moving in with no bed to sleep on for over a week and my spouse is an army vet with chronic back problems. This whole ordeal has been a terribly inconvenient experience If you value your time I would suggest not using this company. What a headache! I also received a call after this review with basically no solution to my inconvenience from this company error. So despite having email confirmation of the delivery date there was nothing that could be done. The only solution that I was offered was to have the bed itself shipped and the rest of the set will go to another customer and will not be available til Mid-August!! So essentially the solution was no solution for my spouse who has chronic back pain and needs a bed. The response I was given by "quality control" was, "It's not that bad of a wait".. I was just mentally done at this point; my spouse will likely have to make a doctors appointment due to not having a proper bed for their chronic condition. I wanted to cancel but at this point I'm sure the company will mess that up as well. Read moreI was nervous ordering from Ashley furniture, as I’ve heard they never deliver on the actual date, and everything is always back ordered. We also were moving into a new place with absolutely no furniture so not having it delivered on time would definitely be an issue. But my husband and I loved the furniture we saw from there so we went ahead anyway.
I got a call 3 days before confirming my delivery. They stated they had every piece except for our dresser as it was broken during transport to the warehouse. But they were able to deliver us a new one within 3 days.
The delivery experience was absolutely great. Our first delivery the guys got there right at the beginning of the 3 hour window frame. They were so efficient in putting everything in our house. They were considerate of what I had going on and were patient with me as I was trying to figure out where to put the furniture. Our second delivery the guys came within the 3 hour window frame. They were super kind and friendly. They were respectful of my home and didn’t complain about my dogs (Altho they were put behind a gate so they wouldn’t be near the delivery guys). When I told them they could leave the dresser in the living room they made sure that was what I wanted, and reassured me they didn’t mind putting in our room.

Read moreUPDATED REVIEW Once something is delivered to you, you're stuck with it. Don't buy anything from them unless you plan on keeping it the rest of your life. They apparently have a "no return policy". I recently bought 2 end tables for my living room to go with the couches I had. The very next day, I went in and bought a $4,000 sectional sofa from them and told them that the tables that were just delivered and still in boxes would not fit with the couch now and I needed to return just "one" of them. Only one would fit. I was told "call customer service, they'll probably work with you". Nope. Absolutely refused, even after spending all that money on a sectional, they refused to let me return a $250 end table, unused, still in the box. I was never told anything about the "no return policy" nor did I sign anything regarding this. I was told that if I called within 24 hours, there should be no issue. That is completely false. I will never purchase anything from them again.
