If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order at 5 PM on a Saturday night. I'm home alone with a gaggle of 10 year olds for a birthday slumber party. After I place the order, I get a confirmation email that shows it'll be delivered. An hour passes and I'm getting nervous so I give the restaurant a call. It turns out that they weren't' paying attention to their computer and therefore, didn't get the order. I explained my circumstances and they said it'd be another hour before the pizza can be delivered. Are you kidding me?? They weren't willing to do anything to expedite it... I live less than 5 minutes from the location so there is NO WAY it would take an hour to make three pizzas and deliver them - 30 minutes MAYBE. I asked to speak with a manager, but there's no manager working. What? Really? You leave a pizza joint manned by clearly incompetent people on a SATURDAY NIGHT with NO MANAGER? They offered NOTHING for their dropping the ball - no discount, no expedience, just a half-hearted apology. Whatever. I ask for an immediate refund of the $80 I had paid for the three pizzas - yeah, $80 for three pizzas - over priced AND incompetent. But it turns out that they cannot give me a refund, it has to go through corporate and that'll have to wait till Monday. I am so blown away by their lack of intelligence and customer service. I would not patronize this place again for anything.
UPDATE: Now I wish I could give negative stars. I just received a call from Sandy who I was advised was one of the owners and she clearly couldn't have cared less, she just wanted my credit card number to process my refund. She offered lots of excuses, such as how that night was the busiest night since the beginning of time, etc, etc, etc. This organization needs a lesson on customer retention. Thank goodness there are other options for people who would prefer to spend their money with a company that appreciates the patronage. I sincerely hope that this business moves on sooner than later and thus, making room for something more...

Mountain Mike's Pizza in West Sacramento isn't just a pizza place; it's an absolute local gem and hands down my favorite pizza spot ever! Every visit is a fantastic experience, thanks to their consistently delicious food and outstanding service.
First and foremost, the pizza here always tastes great – perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients, it truly hits the spot every time. But what truly sets this location apart, beyond the amazing pizza, is their incredible salad bar. I've been to other Mountain Mike's locations, and I can confidently say that the West Sacramento salad bar is in a league of its own. It's always impeccably fresh, well-stocked, and boasts the highest number of toppings I've ever seen at a pizza place, offering endless combinations to create your perfect salad.
And speaking of the salad, you absolutely cannot miss their homemade ranch dressing. It is, without a doubt, the best ranch dressing I have ever tasted – far superior to any store-bought brand. It's so creamy, flavorful, and truly addictive!
However, the outstanding food is only half the story. The customer service here is equally exceptional, largely due to employees like Pardeep. Pardeep is consistently friendly, incredibly helpful, and always goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels welcome and well-cared for. His cheerful demeanor truly enhances the dining experience.
If you're looking for fantastic pizza, an unparalleled fresh salad bar with an amazing homemade ranch, and top-notch service in West Sacramento, Mountain Mike's is the place to go. You won't be...
Read moreOrdered pizza on Tuesday, 40% off a large size. Opened it at home and the sundried tomatoes (on one half) were black, charred , hollow sticks on top of the pizza. I wasn't happy to see this, but I figured a visit on the next day to show them and just remedy the situation, put the sundried tomatoes under the cheese, or under the sauce, and all will be good. When I went in on Wednesday, I was told the manager was in, but was busy. So I showed the employee the picture of pizza on my camera and gave her the heap of scorched tomatoes that I had taken off from the top. I explained that they should have been put underneath the cheese. She , ... instead of saying "Thank you for letting us know, that will never happen again...., she said "You have a choice when ordering tomatoes, to be put on before cooking or on after cooking". "If it wasn't designated on your receipt of the choice, then it will be put on Before Cooking." Oh wow! give me that option... oh yah, burnt to a charred crisp --- black sticks on my pizza! And I was never told of the choice. WHY would it be a choice any way?? Sundried tomatoes (and fresh chopped garlic also) don't have enough moisture to handle the heat of a pizza oven when placed on top of the pizza. Damaged pizza and...
