Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Sacramento

If I could give zero stars, I would. The drive thru only had five cars in it, but it was taking them forever to even move out one car, so I went inside. Upon entering, a guy looked to his left and said there's somebody at the register, and the girl said, "Oh well." Even so, I waited for almost 2 more minutes... the same guy walked up and handed out an order of only 2 soft tacos, stared at me, turned around, and walked away without even saying as much as hello, we'll be right with you, etc. I will never ever come back to this place again it is the poorest run Taco Bell and to the owners: you're getting ripped off on your payroll that you pay out...I counted at least 5 employees and I used to work at a Taco Bell and I used to make the orders all by myself and kept under a 2-minute handle time so the employees you're paying aren't doing a whole lot other than complaining to each other. The manager on duty when this review is being written on 04/23/23 9:36 p.m. needs to be retrained on what it means to manage both a restaurant as well as a staff of people. Very disappointing... turns me off from Taco...

First time at this location, We chose dine in, we placed our order,excited to try the Mexican pizza! Food took longer than expected. Our number was called upon getting our order,,I made an observation which i was not to happy to see, the area where food is prepared was nasty! Meat, lettuce, cheese, was every where, perhaps it was the area where Taco's are made. S--- all over the floor, Taco wrapping sheets everywhere. Staff needs to be mindful of their working stations especially since We the Customers can see over the counters when we pick up our food!! Food was not prepared well. Pizza cheese was half way melted on top, we asked for no onions in bean cheese burritos, there were ONIONS!! Long line only ONE cashier, did not have the time to get order corrected. Lack of...

The lady at the window was very nice but it’s just sad they literally didn’t listen to any specific order… I had a whole box and just wanted no lettuce or tomatoes on all 4 tacos and burritos and they didn’t follow a single instruction… I just wish these fast food workers actually cared for the jobs they have.. maybe just lower the pay so they’ll actually get paid for the work they do which is nothing. Terrible service and everyone was talking to themselves which is probably why they didn’t get a single thing correct. This happened at 1:40PM on Friday. Hopefully management cares about the customers or the whole place will keep...
