Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Springfield

There is a chubby Spanish chick that is extremely rude and even threatened me! I am a regular customer. I have contacted corporate. I will not be back to this location until that whale is fired! I have it all on a recording. I go to Dunkin 5x a day. I will not be treated in this manner. I will be speaking to an attorney about this matter. Here are the events that happened: Story time: so I’m at Dunkin' earlier in #westspringfield I go to speaker.

Them: HOLD ON (rudely)

Me: ok why I have snow blowing in my face. Mind u I wasn’t rude at all. I pull up to the window to get my coffee. Also, I’m a regular at Dunkin

Them: you know you don’t have to have a attitude

Me: I didn’t snow was blowing in my face while you had me hold like a phone call

Them: no you were rude and don’t let it happen again

Me: excuse me?

Them: yes you heard me. DON’T LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN.

Me: yea ok 🤣

I reported this to Dunkin corporate and they are going to have the store manager give me a call. That treatment was unacceptable! And a regular at that! Highly advise people to stay far away from Peirce at location in...

Despite the long lines at this Dunkin they are very quick to get people in and out which in this case is not a bad thing. I’ve never had anyone be rude to me here whether its inside or the drive through. The drive through staff are always so sweet at the window and if they notice your drink is a bit messy they will clean it up. Even if the line is very long the guy or girl at the window will greet me nicely, apologize for the wait, or even ask how I’m doing which is a lot to ask for nowadays. There was one time I noticed someone else take my drink by mistake and one of the ladys inside also noticed and before I had said anything we made eye contact and she immediately reassured me that she was gonna start remaking my drink for me. For a corporate company this staff is very nice and whoever does the hiring for this store is doing a great job. The service they provide just keeps...

On Father’s Day 6/19/22 around 4:00pm My family went to the Dunkin’s at 11 Pierce St. West Springfield to get Ice Coffees. They first were told of a shift change and a short wait. After a long wait they pointed out that the drive thru line was getting very long. At this point a women told them they were told they could get service inside. ( they weren’t). And they were told of a LONG wait. ( They weren’t). So they parked the car and tried to go inside. They locked the doors and wouldn’t let them or any other customers in. They refused to give their names or the name of the Manager for that location. They came home empty handed and very upset. Why would you tell people to go inside and then lock the doors?...
