Terrible customer service, no common sense. Workers will try to deceive and scam you regarding pricing.
The coordinator claims the price should've been 24.99 (the regular tagged price) and almost charged me full price for it until they found a rack of other clearance pillows then said "oh then itll be $20". They claimed they will not give it to me for the price as the workers made a mistake and it printed wrong. Then tried to rip the tag off in front of me. They are extremely rude and try to rush you off.
They do NOT care about their customers at all. If you don't like retail don't work for it.
Will bring this up to Better business bureau
If the workers think i ripped the ticket thats hilarious
A) check camera footage B) why would an employee allow this kind of tag to be on the shelf C) if another customer supposedly did this. Why didnt they purchase it?

You can't beat the prices & peace of mind knowing it's Authentic compared to buying fragrances for cheaper online! That's a complete nightmare & I've seen more counterfeiting of fragrances online shopping than any other item! It's worth noting the shipping savings combined w discounts usually the prices at TJ MAXX for fragrances is worth the few extra bucks vs. online purchase of perfumes with an unknown origin! My change was $24.99 and she threw the change in my hand so hard my hand hit the counter. I was going to continue shopping after my return and was so flustered I decided just to leave. I'll continue going to the Westfield TJ where the people at the counter don't act like prison inmates out for the first time in public. The way that the managers talked about her there's no way that this was the first time she's treated someone like garbage. You shouldn't be working in customer service.
