This is my new review of Fine Fettle. I have been shopping there for a long while. Have always had good interactions with the staff until this past Monday. I've been having trouble with the refer a friend program. So I spoke with this male manager that was on and he had no helpful information and what a damn attitude he had. Anyhow the program states that if you refer a friend that the friend and myself will receive $10 off my next purchase. We'll i have referred at least 3 people and truly never recieved this bonus. The first one the helpful budtender was able to make an adjustment ( she was able to see that my friend had shopped and that we both didn't get the bonus $10 off, so she adjusted my order accordingly) Now I have referred 2 more people both of which have been there to shop. I have received no $10off coupons and neither did any of my referrals. One did however recieve a $10 off $60 purchase or more coupon in which he was told that was the referral bonus I gave him. To which the link says nothing about having to spend $60 to recieve the $10 off. I brought this to the managers attention that I nor they have received the $10 off. He snaps at me and says " its $10 off $60 and sorry I can either give you an email for "Jill" or he could possibly email her himself i would just have to come in for updates. I take the bus so thats not possible. Welt i chose to email this "Jill" myself. That was days ago no response or resolution. I did however take a picture of the referral link to show the actual wording of the bonus which I will include because either they need to stop with the false advertisements or retrain thier staff cause its very straight forward. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to one fine fettle in ct it was okay. I then noticed. The larger variety from the springfield location so Decided to take a ride with my boy to check it out. Walking in was a warm welcome from the guy checking id's. We went in the women there was help full gave her Opinions and what she liked and also gave feedback from what her co Workers like as well. She was knowledgeable on the products. Went back again today with a different friend after letting him sample some stuff I got from there. We both had another grate Experience period. Only problem I had was my rewards was not showing up. The problem was I sign up on line and the one in ct sign me up there so the points was getting split between accounts. She talked to manager He said I give it a day or so so that way it has time to update, so they can merge together . The problem I occurred didn't happen at this store but this store fixed the problem. Another good experience. The staff is also helpful to one and another showing each other and the people in the back get orders out in a timely manner alot quicker then I thought it would be. I visited today and purchased a concentrated budder along with an Airopod vape cartridge. I was informed that I would need a vape battery, to which I mentioned I already had one. However, after checking the product in my car, I realized the cartridge did not fit on my vape battery.
When I returned to request a refund, I was told they do not accept returns. I explained that I was not informed the cartridge required a custom battery, yet the manager refused to accommodate. I even gave them the option of either accepting the return or facing a negative review. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to make an additional purchase for their custom battery.
This kind of business practice is both unethical and misleading. Not being upfront about the product requirements and refusing to offer any solution except forcing customers into unnecessary purchases is bad business. I wonāt be returning to Fine Fettle and would caution others to double-check everything before...
