Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in West Springfield

So I love TSC. Huge fan everywhere BUT w.springfield. The staff is absolutely horrible and disrespectful to the point where corporate needs to get involved.

Originally I ordered an item on doordash. It requested a couple items not to be included. It was even written on the tag they stuck to the bowl. I called and they offered to remake it. I came in the following evening towards closing and called before hand to make sure a note was left and to see if I could have something of lesser value and they hung up on me. Upon arrival the girl seemed less than happy to be doing her job and made the bowl which the base tasted like straight up chemicals and the banana even had a tart taste to it.

Needless to say. This is the worst unsafe health hazardous location I’ve ever...

Placed an Online order for in store pick up. I arrived when the order stated it was completed. Saw my quesadilla sitting on the counter right away when I arrived… my order was completed 17 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, waiting for the smoothie. There was other customers waiting and it was busy.. however, other customers were offered a 20% discount at their next visit. I wasn’t offered anything other than the same coupon they always put in the bag.…. It’s a shame because I work right across the street and had intended to make this my new lunch spot. After this experience, I certainly am rethinking that.. the food was good, but cold. It sat there for almost 20 mins…I understand they were busy, but maybe the food should have been re-heated or remade seeing how...

I moved from the Florida Panhandle (where TS originated) and it has always been my favorite food spot. I'd go there almost weekly back home. I've lived in W.Mass for 5 years and have always told my friends and coworkers about it and how much I miss it. I just found out today that it opened up in here in W.Springfield and I have never been more excited. I haven't even visited yet (I'm coming after work though) but I had to leave a review for the company itself. Amazing food and smoothies and I no longer have to think of it in a nostalgic way. I'm complete! I just need a Publix here and I can...
