WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The workers are unprofessional and the clothing are made out of cheap material for expensive prices. I went in today and I found one decent dress in the "blow out clearance" section that was marked $9. I went to purchase it and the Asian lady said she never made the dress's price that cheap, and made my sister and I wait ten minutes to have her worker search to see if there is another dress with the same price. To their dismay did not find another one, so the Asian lady herself left and made us wait another ten minutes to tell us she marked the price up to $19.99, as she is the one to make the prices for the dresses even though that was the last one available. Pretty Women has a lot of clothing selections... but they target young women that aren't afraid to flaunt their bodies. Most of the dresses and shirts are very revealing, it's hard to find any modest clothes here. I will say, they have very nice prom and evening dresses that comes in all sizes. These people keep the dressing rooms closed on purpose and then they refuse to exchange the clothes, the problem is that if they choose to refund the money is going to be store credit. Be very careful when buying something from this store, just go to rainbow instead or holyoke mall better prices...
