By far the best Gaming Cards/Funkos/sports collection I've ever seen!!! My first time there I was greeted immediately and positively. Asking if I was looking for anything in particular, I replied "No just browsing". So I proceeded to check out their Funko Pops, I found the original Star Trek The Next Generation characters!!! William Riker and Data!!! They were an amazing price and I have a friend that's obsessed with The Next Generation, so I figured for the price I got them at, well under $20! I was so excited to gift them to her. Now I had been collecting Funko Pops for an extremely long time. I was selling them online, but it just became to be too much for me to handle. So they had been sitting in my best friend's apartment for well over a year now. I asked if they bought them and both gentlemen replied that they not only take them but sports stuff too! I was thrilled I just wanted to be rid of them at this point they were just taking up space. So a couple weeks ago I brought in a tote of Funkos Pops, I'm not going to tell you what I was paid for them but I will tell you it was more than a fair price! It was more than I expected, I was just looking for a fair price and that it was! My best friend found another tote of Funkos Pops in his closet, so I grabbed just a little bit of sports stuff, my attic is a mess, but even he gave me a fair price for what I had brought in which wasn't much and the Funko Pops came too. Once again I'm not going to say what I was paid but again definitely a great price for wanting to get rid of them. If you want store credit it boost your value even higher. So if you're looking to trade in some Magic Cards for some new amazing products they carry! It is filled wall to wall, but there is plenty of room to move around! After being in this store I think Magic just might be my next hobby, it looks sooo cool!!! All the amazing cards and accessories 🤤!!! I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts, so I've been through my fair share of stores, I grew up on X-Men, Spider Man, Batman, etc. Hands down the best store for your gaming, Funko, comic, sports, etc. sorry the list goes on, but this is the best store to land in Western MA. In a convenient location, great staff both guys are super cool dudes!!! I will be back there... Only this time to make some more purchases 😉. If you've never been here I highly recommend stopping in!!! A+++++++ STORE...

If I could rate no stars I would. charges way above MSRP and price gouges extremely rude / disrespectful NOT a military or veteran friendly business (even though the advertise as such)

Owner isn’t very good at responding to messages on Facebook; it showed he read my message but never responded. So, I had called and spoke to the owner about a week ago about buying a case or Lorcana. I spoke to him about the military family nights he has. I wasn’t able to make it to the store until today. This will be the first and last time I ever go there.

Today, an employee was there who stated they did not know anything about Lorcana or Magic - and only knew about baseball cards. There weren’t any prices on the items, and the employee didn’t know how much they cost: he had to go into a computer system.

Several of the items were well over priced; including a Lorcana Tinkerbell playmat. This mat was priced at $80.00 with an MSRP of $19.99. I showed the employee the cost at Best Buy - however I would rather buy from small businesses when possible. But for a $20.00 item marked up to $80.00 is a bit much; so I questioned it. I showed the listing on TCG with the market price of $40.00. The employee called the owner on speaker, and I heard the whole conversation. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. He made comments about me (without even meeting me or knowing me). The owner stated he didn’t have the time and dismissed me because I didn’t get a chance to go to the store earlier in the week. His employee made excuses for the owner - tried to gas light me.

An employee at Five Star Games in West Springfield just called the cops on my son and accused him of stealing…. Another costumer said that my son looked “suspicious”. I told them to run that camera back and I’ll wait for them to come back and apologize. My son was innocent of course. I know my son and I’ll always go to bat for him. I’m very proud of my 13 year old for keeping his composure and not reacting negatively to false accusations. I explained to him that right now he’s a young black boy but as he grows older he will be a big black man and that’s intimidating to some people. It’s important that he maintains that same composure he had today in situations like this as he gets older. Unfortunately, I know this will not be the last time he’s profiled but I have to make sure he knows how to properly maneuver in situations where he’s being falsely accused or approached by the cops. This was our first and last time in Five Star Games. My son was scared and we were both mortified by being approached by the police. When they ran the camera they saw that my son took absolutely nothing but he was simply put his own cellphone in his pocket. The owner was very apologetic however, he still made excuses for his employee and costumer who profiled my child, with that being said was he really sorry or was is just...
