Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West St. Paul

DO NOT eat at this UNSANITARY Domino's location. If you picked up your pizza on Thursday, April 4, 2024, between 8:10 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., you may have eaten a pizza the manager LORENZO dropped on the floor and purposefully served to you.

My wife and two daughters went to the pick-up window at Domino's on Robert Street in West Saint Paul to pick up our order a little after 8:00 p.m. on the above date. As my wife looked through the window, one of the managers, Lorenzo, who did not know she was at the window and could see him, was on the phone and not paying attention to the pizzas coming out of the warmer on the conveyer line and accidentally allowed one of them to flip onto the floor on the toppings side. She saw him pick up the pizza off the floor with a pizza peel, flip it over, put it into a pizza box, and stack it on top of other pizzas to serve to a customer. My wife and daughters also saw him eat one of the toppings off of another pizza with his bare hands before closing the pizza box lid to give it to a customer. When Lorenzo handed my wife our pizza through the pick-up window, she asked him, "My pizza didn't drop on the floor, did it?" Lorenzo replied, "Nah!"

When I called Domino's about the issue, Lorenzo answered the phone. At first, I did not know he was the employee who had dropped the pizza, so I told him about what happened. He immediately became defensive and said, "No, that never happened." I replied, "Yes, it did. My wife and two daughters just saw it happen." Without saying anything else to me, Lorenzo put me on hold until a manager-in-training, Kerri, got on the phone. I explained to her what happened, and she was very apologetic. She said that she was going to watch the surveillance video in the restaurant and address the issue with her supervisor or the franchise owners and get back to me.

Considering that our family frequents this Domino's almost weekly, I cringe to think about how many times Lorenzo or other employees there have done this. Absolutely disgusting. We will NOT be returning to this Domino's location. Think twice about eating here, because you may be eating food off of the floor. I hope the owners read this review and address this issue immediately. We reported this incident to Domino's Customer...

This review has been several orders in the making. Every single time I order they mess it up. Seriously every single time. I’m allergic to 1 ingredient and I’ve ordered several items that don’t even include that ingredient yet every time I place an order that ingredient is on there. (And it is an ingredient that only 1or 2 dishes have) I have to constantly get new food and half the time they don’t even fix what they messed up. Not to mention when I got their Philly steak Sandwich the meat was shiny and metallic! (It means the meat was spoiled when it was cooked) I’ve never been so sick from Dominos. It’s absolutely horrid! This location should seriously just shut down. I will NEVER eat here again. The employees need to be trained better, they clearly need new manager, they need a complete overhaul on this...

I give them another month before permanently closing this store at this location. They are refusing to take payments over the phone cause it's inconvenient for them. Customer service...what customer service ?? The manager who has all of his teeth missing is rude and racist. The white dude who is the operations something (was not clear on what his title is) harasses people in the parking lot. The dude at the register was straight up eating while talking to us...like go take a break and stop chewing and spitting food while you're talking to people. Can we pretend to be professional and that we have a job for a sec ??!! Just never coming back to this location. They have proved they don't want business and aim...
