Ordered pizza for delivery at 6:53 and received the usual confirmation emails (order received /order in process). Usually I'll receive an email when the order is on its way within 15-20 minutes. However, 70 minutes went by and still no email so I called the store to ask for an update.

The employee assured me it must be on its way despite me not receiving that email. 30 minutes later I finally received the email saying my order was out for delivery which tells me they never made it or they made it but forgot about it. Another 20 minutes went by before it was delivered. It took TWO HOURS to delivery pizza when I live less than 5 miles from the store. To make things even worse, the pizza is cold and tastes like absolute garbage.

The employee on the phone never apologized. The driver never apologized. I wasn't able to speak to a manager but the way things are, I doubt they would apologize either. This location has been godawful my last two orders. My last order showed up completely raw (I had to bake it for 15-20 minutes myself before I could eat it) and now this.

I’ve had a few bad experiences, but this order was the worst. From the pickup to eating it at home, everything went wrong. When I arrived, there were two employees present: one was asleep or appeared to be high, slumped in the corner without even lifting his head, while the other was engrossed in his phone and didn’t notice me standing there asking for my pizza. I was about to leave when a woman rushed in from the back, seemingly out of nowhere.

The whole situation was a mess. She asked for my name, which hadn’t even been asked for when I was ordering, and then I requested the pizza I ordered which was a beef pizza. When I got home and opened the box, there was no beef on the pizza. I tried several slices, and they were all unpleasant and disappointing. I decided to remove the cheese from the top of the pizza and see inside, it was filled with ground beef and raw dough. The sight of it made me feel sick to my stomach. About two weeks ago I ordered from this place and while I find their food wonderful, their customer service was terrible from bottom to the top. I ordered their food through grubhub and had it prepaid. A pepperoni pizza and a cheese bread cost me about $35 (pricey but for good pizza, w/e). When my bf arrived, the cashier told him it had to be paid again without even checking. So we realize a couple days later that they did indeed double charge us. I called and asked to talk to a manager. After explaining what happened, she immediately attempted to hand me off and blame grubhub. I let her know that grubhub was correct and that I just wanted a refund for their charge. This "manager" said she didn't know how to do that (what?) and that they'd have to have the actual owner call me to get that resolved. Fast forward about two weeks and I have received no call and no refund. Honestly I would've even accepted store credit but at this point my family will never eat at this Sarpinos again. Good food but not $70 for two...
