I have an ordering from this place since I was a kid with my mother and normally you know it's really great we get the food we love we laugh we have a great time but I tried to order it last night for me and my wife as a New Year's tradition to start off the new year different and as we're sitting here eating dinner she bites into our cream cheese wontons and there's that piece of plastic in there like it it's a part of a rapper or packaging that was for the cream cheese sauce or something and so I called and asked them what they would like to do about it I got told that we can give you $15 in store credit for the $65 order when they could have killed someone my wife literally couldn't have choked too death if she hadn't noticed the piece of plastic in her mouth as she was chewing this is absolutely not cool and I'm heavily considering contacting an attorney for the lack of professionalism and you know the...

Visiting from TX and searched for a good Chinese place. Based only off these reviews we chose ABC and drove from Bountiful just because of the reviews. When I see nearly 5 stars I figure the food must be great... Far from true. We even carried out, so who cared about the looks of the place. We drove into SLC where we were staying and when I opened my Gen Tao's chicken I was confused, it was not what I expected, rather was sweet and sour chicken with Tao's sauce! What? It tasted horrible and left a bad aftertaste. My spouse actually did have sweet and sour chicken, with the right sauce, and also felt the same way; bad taste, didn't looked cooked all the way. Updating a prior review. Eight months ago, it was a 5 star rating. Tonight, it's a one. Let me first say, I understand today was the first time running in awhile, there will be bugs. It took an hour and 20 minutes to get my food, again first night open= they were busy, so when I got it, it was cold. They forgot an ordered item. I now have store credit, if I order from them again. An item was changed from what I ordered to something else on the ticket. (ordered beef and broccoli, got snowpea beef). And to top it all off, my cookie didn't have a fortune, and was so stale, it couldn't be eaten.
