This is the closest Dutch that I live by and I'm a frequent customer here, but todays experience makes me feel disregarded. I pulled up in the line around 10:15am today and was behind 2 other cars and no one behind me. I had already placed my order with the girl and paid and am now waiting for the line to move up to get my drinks. This lady in a silver van pulls up and cuts me off. Mind you, there was no one behind me for a good 5 minutes. The lady cuts me off and almost hits my car and I honk and I roll down the window to tell her that I have already ordered and paid and was behind the red car in front of me so she would have to get behind me. She tells me "the sign back there says I have to merge" with an attitude. I told her "well I was here before you were and have already ordered. I'm behind that red car" at this point the lady rolls her window up and is giving me attitude refusing to let me in even though I was there first. At this point, the worker comes out and gives the red car their drink and hears the commotion of me honking and the lady and I going back and forth and doesn't do anything. I see two other workers standing by the door looking and one was the one who placed my order and didn't try to help either... I had to go in the exit lane to tell the girl at the window that I was next and I already placed my order and this lady cuts me off and she hasn't ordered. She just told me they'll bring me my drink out right here.. didn't even try to tell the other lady she was at fault... no apology. NOTHING! She was so close to hitting my car to the point where I had to back up to prevent her from it.
Don't know how to feel about this...

Their drinks, while some better than others, have all been good but I was told if there ever is a time that you do not like what you have ordered, they will make you something else. This is more than a coffee shop it is an experience... Any time I have gone to any Dutch bros location i have left in a better mood than I was in going there. They have done an amazing job picking and training the Dutch bros employees. They are definitely what make this a great company and it's the small things they do like giving me a compliment about something that most people (even ones I live with) don't even notice or asking a question that is specific to me as an individual and then really listening and showing a genuine interest in my answer. Even if there is a line 7 cars deep behind me they never make me feel rushed if I have a question or if they know I was unsure about my order they make sure I try what I have ordered to be sure that I like, and that I am satisfied with my order. I continue to be impressed with each visit and purchase at Dutch Bros and I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone to try at least once. KEEP BEING AMAZING DUTCH BROS EMPLOYEES...

I don't often get up and out before 6am.. but when I do, it's always an experience.. and my experience with the baristas at this particular location was the most wonderful start to my day I could have asked for. I wish I had asked for names because I felt so appreciated, taken care of, welcomed, and most notably, like I was an old friend. If I was local, Dutch would always be my go to, and this location would be my #1 Dutch after this experience.
As a barista of 3 years myself, I can't compliment them enough for their genuine commitment to great coffee and a more than excellent experience. Not only were they all actively listening and preparing my order as a very competent team, but the workers that I didn't get the chance to talk to still left sweet little notes on the lids for me and my friends. Something super small, but very genuine and appreciated! I hope my appreciation for those who were working this morning (dec 21st) can be expressed by not only my words, but by management as well, because...
