Big Daddy's Pizza — Restaurant in West Valley City

We had a some concerns so we tried to call and get the problem taken care of Unfortunately the person on the phone refused to help or talk to us. He says he was the manager when I ask to speak to the manager. Our food was all undercooked and not safe to eat especially the chicken wings . I ask him if we could maybe get this fixed he told me to call door dash . I said that door dash did not cook the food that Big daddy's cook the food and that big daddy's should be the ones fixing this problem. Then I was told nope and I needed to call door dash. And he then ask when did I order the food and I told him I just made the order tonight. He was rude and very unprofessional he did not want to help us fix this issues he just wanted to fight and blame door dash for everything. Apparently door dash is responsible for the uncooked pizza ,chicken wings and cheese bites, and the mozzarella sticks. He screamed at me and called me names Then hung up .I tried to call back he wouldnt pick up the phone . We had tried to call back several times he would not answer the phone.we use call recording to protect us during issues as so,we will be contacting corporate offices to discuss this matter.we are business owners and under the importance of having employees that are capable of properly handling customer complaints and having diplomatic customer service skills.I realize sometimes in customer service we would like to argue or tell them to fly a kit,even if we are the owner but most times not .You cannot be rude,argumenative,unacomidating or disrespectful.all we wanted is to be heard and feel like the$60 we spent as a patrion was appreciated and the employees took pride in preparing our meal.And if something was not safe(undercooked chicken) I could have confidence in Big Daddy's to rectify the situation. However we were disrespected and hung up on then when requested a corporate number or higher management was hung up on.I will no longer order from B D and will be shore to inform as many people as I come in contact with daily of my experience. Not dependable and very hit or miss after 2 years ordering from these guys.

Tried to order through their website, but their CC processor is down. Still is down after a week. I call to make an order for their "Double Decker" pizza - which is supposed to have a crust on top.

They have a call center that manages the orders in India when you call to place an order. I order through them because CC on their website is down. They send me a pizza that doesn't have a crust on top, but literally 4 pounds of melted cheese on top of a pizza. I threw the entire pizza away it was so disgusting.

Any time you ask for additional sauces, and no way of ordering additional sauces unless you add the breadsticks to your order, they never add them. Like tomato sauce is going out of style.

They don't know the meaning of spreading the toppings to the edges of the pizza, to where you have a 2-inch non-topping zone and just bread.

Request extra cheese, good luck in them getting that one right.

Ask for double pepperoni, they will miss this. Ask for your pizza well-done, another miss. What's the point of any requests if a pizza place can't follow simple instructions?

Attention to detail is lacking at this joint....

I saw their $3.99 Monday deal and thought they were worth giving a try! At that price, I had to know if it was any good. I mean, 4 bucks!! Little Caesar, step aside!! I went inside and I wouldn't say it's a place I would really go to eat AT the facility. A little cold, and didn't seem super clean. (The only reason it's not 5 stars.) But I wanted it To-go anyways. The employees were so nice and informative. I opted to pay $1 more because they have FRESH mushrooms! (Unlike many places that just have canned. 🤢) and they didn't go stingy with any toppings! They said it would be done in 7 minutes or less... So I checked the time on my phone for fun and it was in my hands in 6 minutes!! 🤯 The pizza was delicious! The crust was great! I will say, it could've used some additional spices on there (like Little Caesar's Zap packets). Also got the Bubba Bread bites... Sinfully delicious. A little too much garlic butter pooling in the bottom, but we dipped our pizza in it! Ha! We just moved here and will definitely be back!! It's almost dangerous having it this close by! And with a drive through... I will have no excuses to not stop by...
