I traveled from Richmond Virginia to Charles Town WV for the weekend to attend my brother's 60th birthday party. I love pizza and have been looking for a pizza that tasted like the pizza I ate as a little girl, but after 100's if not thousands of dollars later I was unsuccessful and decided I would not spend another penny on ordering pizza. The night before the party I craved pizza so I googled the best pizza in Charles town and came up with Anthony's Pizza. After looking at pictures and reading many great reviews, I decided to give them a call. That was the best decision I ever made in my life! Not only did the pizza have a lot of stretchy cheese like the old days, but the ingredients were fresh, and the pizza was bursting with flavor. I paid about $34 for a small pizza. That was for the cost of the pizza, the delivery, and the tip. I thought I must be crazy to spend that kind of money for a small pizza, but when I tell you that pizza was worth every dime and more, it really was. The pizza was sooo delicious, I ordered a large one the next evening just so I could take it home and freeze it for later. When I received the second pizza the order was not correct. I called back and explained my order was wrong and the person answering the phone apologized and assured me another one would be sent. Not only did the delivery man return with the right pizza, when I went to hand him the other pizza he told me I could have both pizzas. After raving about the pizza to my daughter who was also there visiting she immediately ordered pizza for herself and her family. She agreed the pizza was delicious. I'm back in Richmond and already trying to figure out how I can get more to stock up my freezer, lol. Please bring your restaurant to...

Read moreThe pizza here is very very good. There pizza's are bigger than the competitors in the area. Anthony's large is a 16" while other places their large is a 14". I've also tried their chicken tenders and they are also very tasty. My husband has had several of their subs and have been pleased with them and also enjoy their pizza. My son likes their fries however I end up finding them too soggy when they deliver it or we pick it up. If we order it to eat there or outside they are fine. As for the seating, its a small area that has two tables that fit one person on each side, so don't plan on bringing a party there to order dine in. There are some chairs off to the side if you'd like to sit and wait for your food and leave their tables open for eat in and other customers. I would like to see them have capability to take orders online as I prefer that method over calling/etc. If you have a "tricky" address (i.e. maybe three houses on the street have similar addresses but are slightly different, or the house isn't easily noticed) please let the person on the phone know. I do agree that the person on the phone could sound a little friendlier, however I don't take it personally as I...
