I've only eaten here once. It's kind of hard to find, on the opposite end of a gas station and the parking lot can be hell to navigate. The cashier and people working in the kitchen were nice enough and my food was fresh, but it's a bit underwhelming. I wasn't impressed with them. I had a few sliders and I'm not a fan at all. I had the Buffalo chicken ones and just thought they were kind of gross. Their curly fries are just like I remember from my younger days and I am an absolute fan of their chicken strips and sweetened iced tea. I also really love their Arby's BBQ sauce. I can eat that stuff on anything. It seems as the sandwiches have started to shrink and they sure do skimp on the roast beef, but I guess they had to find a way to stay profitable. They are attached to a gas station, so if you need a quick bite or don't feel like running all over the place then this place is for you. Fill your car up and get an order of curly fries. Just be careful in that parking lot. So, to summarize: it's acceptable for something quick and easy. Locals should watch their mail as Arby's does send coupon mailers to local residents. With the quality of my last stop that's the only way I'll go again. If I don't have to pay full price. A place like this would usually get 2 stars from me, but I'll give them credit for the chicken tenders, honey mustard, Arby's sauce and tea. Arby's sauce is so good, in my opinion, that you could make an old boot taste good. That's kind of what I compare their roast beef to,...
Read moreI don’t use this language in any of my reviews but there was 3 people by the register chitchatting. Didn’t care about that was patient as I usually am. Then he asked me what do you want I said I need a cup of hot water for formula for my baby the bottle is in my hand obviously. He said it’s $.025 fine whatever. They all saw me walk to the car to get the money walked back in gave me the cup and said we don’t have hot water. Even tho I can see it right there.
For the owner or manager, stop hiring morons that don’t want to do their job in a heavy traffic area. For anyone driving to stop here, don’t bother. Other restaurants by Arby’s is better and probably will treat you like a human being. Maybe it’s because I’m brown and they’re white? Maybe is because my name is Hassan? Thankfully the lady at the little general was a sweetheart and gave me hot water so I can...
Read more2 or more workers including the one who took my order didn't say anything to me when i walked up to the register, they just left me standing there like i was a ghost, no hello, no I'll be with you in a minute, no acknowledgment at all! The one who finally decided to take my order had even walked right in front of me and stood in front of me looking at me while he waited on a order of the only other person who was in there besides the man who had just set down to eat his food. The man who took my order was not happy or something, he was not someone i would recommend placing at the register to take orders or even talk to people. He had dark hair and it was kinda wavy. I was there 10-13-19. The food was good but the service made me feel like i...
