Arby's — Restaurant in West Virginia

I ordered a Half Pound Beef 'n Cheddar Combo for dine-in. I went to get sauces while the order was being made. Most of the sauces were empty. The dining room was vacant, but I had to walk around looking for a half clean table to eat at. I retrieved my meal and discovered that when sitting down to eat, the sandwich looked like some kids' meal (obviously not anywhere near a half pound). It did not have any cheddar on it either. I checked my receipt, and I had definitely ordered a Half Pound Beef 'n Cheddar Combo. I lost my appetite then and had no desire to go to the counter to request sauces and wait for the sandwich to be corrected. You would think with an empty dining room and empty drive-through, a simple order would be correct. I just decided not to eat and walked out. They obviously don't care about checking to see if the order is correct. They apparently don't care about the cleanliness of the dining room or checking to see if sauces are refilled either. Maybe if the employees spent less time hanging out smoking on the side of the building (which is obvious from the smell) and having to run in when customers arrive, something would get done and be correct. There's obviously no need to waste my time coming...

Pulled up and all the workers was outside on a smoke break that was a red flag right there.. Got to the drive through and had to wait about five minutes before anyone came over the speaker to help me. I'm guessing they wanted me to leave so they could go back outside and I should have done just that.. Got two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches and the new Caramel shake there was hardly any roast beef on my bread just big buns and my shake tasted just like a vanilla one. Considering how long I had to wait I figured everything would have been good to go. Very sad how lazy the evening shift can be if it's that chill everybody can take a smoke break together you could at least make your customers food right smh. I called the manager he apologized and told me to come back the next day but I couldn't my schedule didn't permit it but if it was done right the first time there wouldn't have been a problem!!!!stocks. Do Not Recommend! The employees are extremely rude and they clearly do not want to be there! Every time I have ever been there the employees are all standing outside smoking and usually make customers wait while they continue to smoke and waste time! The man working the front has a terrible attitude, I asked him for a refund because the service was terrible and the food was disgusting and he refused. When I asked to talk to a manager he said he was the manager, which I highly doubt is true. The second time I had a bad experience with this employee he literally yelled at my dad when he tried to tell him that we did not get our drinks! He does not need to work with the public! I will...
