Burger King — Restaurant in West Virginia

My order is wrong literally every single time!

Today I ordered a pick 2 for $6(whopper: only cheese and ketchup, and a 3 piece crispy chicken tender with bbq dipping sauce) and a small onion ring with zesty sauce. It took then 14 minutes to process the order and give me my food after an over 5 minute wait to even give the order because there was another customer waiting in front of me. The longest cook time they had were my chicken tenders which take at most 6-8 minutes to cook if frozen and raw. After getting my order, I pull away and peak in the bag to make sure I have all 3 things I ordered... and no sauces. Not a big deal so I pull around, park and go in to ask for sauce. I am then walked past twice before being greeted by the drive through worker(didn't see anyone else in there). I asked her for the sauces that she forgot, and she gave them to me and turned around with out a word. I thanked her and left. Drive home, open the bag ready to eat, and open up my food. The onion rings are cold and seem to be a couple hours old. Half soggy half hard as a rock. Disgusting. My whopper ordered with only cheese and ketchup. Easy enough right? I open the thing up, take a few bites and realize they put bbq on my burger?! Under the cheese. Wth?!

Horrible location!!!! No way of giving a 0 star or I would. Get your act together!...

Bad service. Very slow, always having to pull people up, careless and some employees are outright disrespectful. I ordered through the drive-thru and asked for ONE medium meal. No special requests. Not difficult. While still at the speaker I asked her to make it a small. When I pulled up to the window she handed a medium drink to me and says "I already put it as a medium." and charged me for a medium. So they have no problem making financial decisions FOR YOU based on THEIR laziness or incompetence. She then handed me two sauce packs COVERED in BBQ sauce and tells me to have a good day AND FORGETS TO HAND ME MY FOOD. When she walked back to the window she looked at me with confusion and I had to tell her she forgot my food. I was then pulled forward to wait with 2 other waiting customers. When I got my food the fries were in a SMALL fry holder after charging me for a medium meal, they were old and also overcooked. They were not busy. There was only 1 car behind me and no others behind them, yet everyone was getting pulled forward. I will not be going back to this...

I had ordered 3 whopper meals for my fiancé, his brother and my mother in law and the whoppers all had cheese and they’re lactose intolerant I pulled up she asked what I had ordered and if I had a receipt I said I had no receipt if she would’ve denied the order I would’ve said ok and went on my way but I called before hand to see if it was possible to replace and she said yes. I pull up to the window and she hands me my drinks and one of the workers looks at me for the whole 15-20 minutes of me waiting on my food and when she handed me the bags of food I said thank you and she said your welcome with an attitude I stopped and asked if something was wrong. Why she had a attitude and she throws her hands up and says she didn’t again with an attitude like I did something wrong then continues to say I do this often. Yes I do. Because they always put cheese. Overall rude and terrible...
