Review from Apr 2023 experience for a backup camera installation. The auto tech (a young female in her 20s) wasn't listening at all and ended up with a shoddy job on my car. As it turned out that I paid for the job that's unfinished and service rescheduled. All she had to do was to listen to me (use proven installation method on YouTube video and after her many failed attempt), but she was hell bent on doing the way she wanted it. After an arduous 3.25hrs with multiple calls to her peers and video chat she hooked up wires, cut wires at zillion places drilling my car boot without my consent. The backup camera didn't work right outside the geek squad garage after a minute of working. I took a refund on this service. Plus she first ripped me overcharging and after I questioned her she budged and called up her manager and billed me a right one again. Thank God I didn't book for remote ignition service too. I took my very high end gaming pc to the geek squad in Morgantown, WV after having continuous issues. It did take them a few days before they were able to open up a ticket for my rig, but they have tons of work and probably less staff than what is needed, but once they began working on my pc it was just fantastic. These issues happened over the duration of 6 months after having another local PC shop put it together. I was fortunate enough to have a geek squad agent by the name of Rebecca and another agent by the name of Jake who I had the pleasure of speaking with over the phone who worked continuously on troubleshooting my PC. I brought my devices (2 Phones & a laptop) in bc they had all been hacked and were causing me to fall behind at work. Best Buy had my devices for 5 days. Phones didn't even look like they had been touched. So, needless to say, everything still is hacked. When I picked it up, they said everything was fine, with no virus or malware.
