Red Lobster is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. It is handicap accessible, & the staff are wonderful. My partner & I are both handicapped & the staff made sure we got a booth that was accessible & we didn't need to walk very far. The waitress was friendly, kind & efficient. I ordered a combo plate of coconut shrimp with pina colada dipping sauce, & wood grilled tilapia. You get an amazingly fresh salad & their parmesan biscuits with your meal. I ordered their new cauliflower casserole as my side. Everything was amazingly delicious!!! The cauliflower casserole was delicious, but very rich. The pina colada dipping sauce is to die for. The tilapia was moist & delicious. My partner ordered a combo plate consisting of broiled flounder & wood grilled shrimp, with broccoli as a side. He ate every single bite, & half of my platter as well!!! Lol!! Red Lobster has a large & varied menu. They also offer small plates. They have a bar & they also offer take- out. It's a great restaurant for all ages. Their prices range from reasonable to a little pricey for their lobster dishes. However, I must say I have NEVER had a bad meal at Red Lobster, regardless of the price. The restaurant is spacious. My husband is not a seafood eater at all (literally nothing) but we donât hesitate to go to RL because their steaks and chicken selections are just as good as the seafood! In fact, his steak is perfect every time. Pro tip: if you hear that Matt is on the grill then youâre in for a treat, heâs been rocking it for years, we asked what his name was and check to see if heâs there ever since!! Dez takes the best care of us, we called and made a reservation for 7 an hour before coming and they had our table ready at arrival with not even a second of waiting and there was a full dining room! The bartender slays back there because let me tell you we canât go without getting some frozen margaritas, just the right amount of everything. đ đ» Justin, the manager, was running around the restaurant the whole time we were there assisting the staff and checking on guest satisfaction. I heard someone say they were training a lot of new staff and let me tell you it sure doesnât seem like it, these people know what they are doing in the kitchen and in the dining room!    Read moreWe dined on a Tues. evening - only a handful of tables being served the entire time we were there. We had to wait several times for our waiter, who never came to check on us on his own. We had to be ridiculously obvious that we were trying to get his attention to flag him down and he mostly just avoided making eye contact and would head another direction. I love steamed broccoli but this broccoli was very bland. I tried repeatedly to get the waiter's attention to ask for butter. When he finally came over and said he would get butter, he turned and proceeded to clear a table. The place was practically empty yet he was more concerned about clearing a table than serving the customers he had. I waited and waited while my broccoli was getting cold and finally decided it was better to eat the broccoli bland but warm, rather than cold with butter that would no longer melt anyway. After I was finished my meal, he sat the butter down and kept walking. We sat with no drinks most of the meal waiting to ask for a refill.
