Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in West Virginia

Usually there isn't any pizza ready. I placed an order for a birthday party on the Wednesday before the Sunday of the party. I was told my order would be ready. I asked if I should call the day before to confirm and was told I could, but the manager was in so not to worry. I called Saturday and surprise, surprise there was no order. I placed the order again and was told the order was queued for the next day. On our way to pick up the order, I called to make sure it was ready and they didn't even know about an order. I asked that half of my order be made right away which they did. When I got to the store, they said the order was in the queue but they didn't know to look, because nobody told them. I wasn't offered a discount or anything and when I asked that the other half of my order be made to pick up shortly they acted surprised like I wasn't going to get the other half of my order. Terrible...

We stopped for the free Veteran's Day lunch combo. We arrived at 14:00 exactly and were waited on at 14:01. They refused to serve us, so we asked to speak to the manager, explaining we arrived on time. The manager started screaming at us to look at the door. The door said "11:00 to 14:00". We told him we stepped in at 14:00; he didn't care and said we had to be there BEFORE 14:00 to get served, although the posted sign said they serve until 14:00. I did not appreciate him yelling at us. 8/30/24 I came to pick my 1 pizza up I waited in a 3 person line for about 10 minutes we can hear 2 ppl talking in the back and can see a lady eating her food so I went ahead and changed my son's diaper and came back. The line was gone I guess they got their food and all left. I waited another 15 minutes to see the lady shove food in her mouth and rush to the back before the 15 min wait started!!!! There are at least 2 workers there so I don't understand why nobody is at the front and when she came up, my food was pulled from the heater so it was done...
