TURNS OUT THEY OWN IT TOO!! They were super welcoming of my feedback regardless and glad to hear it's picking up as they just hired new management.
There are some good people behind these places and I look forward to their happy hours: 7AM-9AM $2 off a smoothie at ALL THREE locations! The Martinsburg one is still not where the other two are, but its picking up.

The customer service however is not. Maybe it’s just this location. I’m not sure. But I’m writing this FROM the drivethru window where I have been sitting for 5 minutes without EVEN being greeted, let alone recieved my drink.
I actually ordered and paid on the app and was just picking up. Two cars have pulled away in the 10 minuted it took for me to get through the drive-through itself.
I have experienced the same pace regardless of how busy or slow the store is when I go in. Hoping that other locations are a little more prompt in getting to their customers or at least letting them know if there is an issue happening that is delaying...
Read moreAs a restaurant owner who understands the importance of customer service and hospitality, I’m truly disappointed by the treatment I received today at Tropical Smoothie Café around 4:30 p.m.
I was met with rudeness and disrespect by the two employees working at the time something I’ve never experienced in all my years of dining and doing business. When I tried to place my order, I was told “no” because they didn't get my order at the screen, followed by dismissive behavior and laughter. That kind of response is not only unprofessional, but downright unacceptable.
To be clear: this isn't just about a smoothie. It's about how customers are treated. As someone who serves the public every day, I know firsthand how hard this industry can be but I also know that basic respect and decency should never be negotiable.
I will be sharing this incident across all my blogging and review platforms because businesses need to be held accountable especially when they fail their customers so blatantly.

Read moreI have never had worse customer service! Completely blew my mind the lack of service. I ordered 2 smoothies and 2 salads. One person brought the smoothies and then disappeared into back, another person brought my salads a few min later in a bag, put up on the counter and hurriedly left into the back. It felt like the place was closed. My daughter and I sat to eat and realize we were only given 1 fork. I went and stood at the register and there was no one to be seen. I stood there saying hello and no one. Finally I see someone only to have them put a finger up and turn towards the back! The guy who took my order finally comes out and then does apologize, acts confused that I’m asking for a fork.
