Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Virginia

The Domino's on Beverly 5 Lane is where I order from and the folks there have helped me with the issue that I have using the Domino's app which is as follows: when I use the app to place my online order under the saved primary address is my address of course however when I tap on it it says that Domino's does not deliver to that current location which is 100% false, so the past 3x that I've ordered I've not been able to collect my rewards points, along with the inconvenience of having to place my order through the app, but choosing carry out rather then delivery, bc that's my only option if I want the order to go through, and then calling to explain this situation to the people at Dominos and make sure they manually change my order to delivery in which they did do, and I certainly appreciated that. So my complaint is def not with the people at Dominos bc they always have and do not only treat me great but my food is always delicious and made correctly. My issue is with the app. Its robbed me of atleast 100 points if not more and thats alot to me and I take my rewards points very seriously with all rewards systems I'm apart of, in fact in many cases the reason I choose to order from Domino's rather then Ginos for example is simply only bc of the fact that I receive rewards that I can than apply later to receive free or discounted payment on my next order. Can you please give me my earned rewards points and fix...

I had been ordering alot from domino's some for myself some for my daughter, well I have an emergency free one so I tried to order it and have it delivered so I got to the check out and it said pick up I clicked on delivery and it popped up saying we have changed this for you to only do pick up, ok so I'm paying 17 for 1 small pineapple pizza including delivery charges, the pizza wasn't done right so I called them they said ok but I needed to pay delivery charge, so no I did not give tip this is why they changed me to only pick up, well domino's you have very rude people that work there and I will not get "punished' for your mistakes, you should clean house and get some good...

usually i have a positive domino’s experience, but today was different. my coworker tried to place an order for a resident (i work at nella’s) & they hung up on her whilst in the process of placing the order (pepperoni pizza with sausage & banana peppers). i then tried to call them 3 times from my phone, but they’d pick up & just put the phone down. i even tried from my other coworker’s phone, but the same thing happened. we weren’t rude, but confused on why we’re being...
